Excellent reception staff. We arrived fairly late but still managed to have dinner. The very friendly receptionist left the completion of check in until after we had eaten. Layout of restaurant area was very well planned . Design of bedroom corridors made whole area very quiet and private.. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious although the design of the hand shower attachment made it alnost impossible to use without it being demonstrated. Lifts were attractive and there were more than enough. Location is some way from the centre of Roquetas but with a good bus service and right on the promenade.

Although food was of good quality with plenty of choice, I would like to have seen more fresh fruit and artisan bakery products.. Also more meat and fish cooked to order. The hotel was primarily geared to all-inclusive. We were half board and sometimes felt like second class citizens. We had family staying at the hotal at the same time as us but we were not able to join them at a meal at the Asian restaurant..

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff all very obliging, food very good , also two special restrictions you want a change we only visited the Asian one but was very nice. all inclusive drinks very good not cheap branded ones I like G&T and enjoy Larios in spain and that is what I got 😊also lovely wine and cava available too, not forgetting the beer for hubby ! Not too crowded either at poolside and plenty of sunbeds for all , although people still feel the need to reserve with towels 🤷‍♀️🙄 Entertainment was good on all 5 night we were there. Only small thing a didn’t like, there isn’t really an area to have s decent swim although the pool is very lovely I explain in dislikes below…. All in all a fabulous hotel and would recommend fabulous for families with small children plenty ice cream’s during the day 😀😀

it might be an idea for the management to only allow people who love to swim in outer area, or perhaps adults only , there are too many kids hanging around in floats etc. or like they do in swim lanes where you just keep moving all the time …… just a thought 🤔

The hotel was impressive! Although the photos make it look bigger. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the holiday. We booked the suite with jacuzzi overlooking the pool and were very impressed! It’s a beautiful room with a great view, and having the jacuzzi was incredible for the evenings. The food was good, with many choices and different themes through the week. There are also 2 restaurants, which are included in the all inclusive package, but you need to book these on arrival. Sunbeds can go fast around the pool but there are many other areas to relax, including Balinese beds. Food and drink are available all day. The pool bar has a buffet offering hot and cold food, desserts, fruit… this is as well as the inside usual lunch meal/buffet. There is a spa and also a games room. We’d definitely go back.

The only bad thing about this hotel was the mattress. We could feel the springs coming through. And for the best room in the hotel I feel there should have been good mattresses. I told reception and they said they’d speak to housekeeping, but nothing was done.

Space; clean and well presented, throughout.

It’s a bit tired and in need of some remodelling. The Asian restaurant experience was very disappointing; food service very slow and tables not cleared. The one aspect of our stay that really let everything else down.

The whole holiday was superb from start to finish. The check in was seamless, the room was clean and ready for an early check in. The facilities were excellent. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food choices were varied and very good, with cooking stations offering freshly cooked fish and meats. The Asian themed restaurant was very good and highly recommended. The spa facilities and staff were excellent.

The only minor glitch was the Italian themed restaurant, which wasn't very good in terms of offering authentic Italian food. It was a poor imitation.

Breakfast was consistently good, lots of options to choose from. Evening meals, similarly, generally good with various options.

Coffee at breakfast was not to my taste, either delivered to the table in a pot, which was too strong, or dispensed from a machine which was, unfortunately, sweetened. Evening entertainment was not exactly optional as it was loud enough to drown out tv or conversation in the hotel bedroom. One evening our table was cleared, including our unfinished drinks, while we were selecting desserts from the buffet.

Wonderful location. So peaceful but a lot of infrastructure around - cafes, restaurants, shops etc. Beach is perfect, very wide. Great hotel with everything you need to have a fab rest.

Nothing. Maybe, a little more communication/information about half board rules. Very little information and we had to find out as we went along, therefore paid almost €6 for 2 half glasses of Fanta at dinner.

Lovely and clean with good facilities,staff were brilliant and the all-inclusive was very good. However the rooms do not have that 5 star standard

AC when switched off, clicked every minute non stop. requested a room move cost extra 250 euros as moved to one bed apartment and disconnected bedroom ac. Was told that every room has this problem with clicking, never experienced it before.

great rooms, nice food, close to the sea.

The small pool was crowded with people. The gym closes at 8 p.m..
