Hotel and its territory is super clean - it seems like the staff is 24/7 focused on keeping it pristine. It's a good all-inclusive for families with kids - 2 large swimming pools, plus a shallow pond and jacuzzi, complemented by 5 large (aquapark level) slides. Lots of lifeguards. Restaurant in good (mainly for Spanish taste); selection is decent - ok for the price, but were were not impressed after being in Magic Natura in Benidorm :-); the only thing is that the grill can be a bit improved. Reception is super friendly and speaks excellent English, the rest of the staff can handle basic conversation - but please do learn a bit of Spanish, it will help dramatically. Almost every day there was some special activity - a show with eagles and owls, food degustation, etc. Every few hours there are animators organizing water dances and events - fund for kids. Fast and good drinks/snacks in the hotel bar and pool-side bars.

Super loud late night (up to midnight) music or events happening in the open theater in the hotel's courtyard - I cannot imagine the damage to the ears of those people sitting in that area (we were well over 150m away, with balcony doors closed and still could hear it loudly). No parking - there is public one available on the street, but finding a spot can be tricky (we simply camped in the car for some time and got very lucky to wait only 30 minutes). Not a criticism, just a remark - with all the effort of the staff, the hotel's age is visible - not that it made a noticeable difference - everything works, but don't expect modern stuff.

Refurbishment overdue.

Pools were good, slides were fun for the boys (aged 11 and 14) but they’re not open all day (only from 11-2 and 4-8pm I believe). The room had a view over the pool which was nice.

Outdated; you step back in time to the 1990s; beds were not very comfortable; aircon was loud.

The pools, staff were amazing, all very helpful. The life guards were fantastic with my 3 year old. He loves the water slides and they would signal every time he was coming down to check I was there.

The rooms are very dated. Tho the pool facilities are of a 4 star I wouldn't say the rooms and hotel itself is. The carpets in the corridors are very worn and many of the tiles are chipped in the room. It would be good if the rooms came with the facilities to make a cup of coffee

Facilities for teenagers

The crowds, too many people . One on top of each other. Property outdated. Variety of food limited. Same desserts every day as well as many other dishes.
