This was the second time we booked here, and sure we will repeat. Great location just on the Harbour with nice views of the port and sea (we booked the rooms with sea view), just next to the best restaurants. Plenty of space to park. Staff was magnificent, kind and helpful, always attending with empaty and a smile. Room with comfy beds and with an excellent size. Very clean and tidy, plus some parts of the hotel may have had recent renovation, so the resemblance is of a modern place. Pet friendly, extra cost of 12€ for pet/day, very kind with them, they are not allowed to be on the restaurant, but you have other areas allowed to be with them while having breakfast.

If you are about to go to the beach, the place is a little far, the closest beach is about 20min walking distance. Some of the common areas, seem a little old compared to the renovated rooms, but not a big deal. Having a lot of coffee places nearby, the price o the the breakfast might be a little too much, but it's the average price if you go to another hotels.

I stayed in a Deluxe room with a marina/port view— cozy room, will all necessary equipment - bed, fridge, sofa, table for work - all very comfortable! The room has balcony and is perfect for unwinding after hot days. Conditioning worked just great! Housekeeping was excellent - huge thanks to housekeepers! It was spotless every day. Joana, Sorina and Eva - special thanks to you for breakfast buffet! 🎉🎉🎉 It was delicious, varied, and I loved that the kitchen staff happily prepared special requests for me. Plenty of fresh fruits and tapas and great coffee (and I could even get something extra if I asked). The receiptionist staff were welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made the stay feel personal. The location is ideal—right by the port, close to restaurants, bars, and the promenade All in all, I’d definitely stay here again—and highly recommend Silken Turcosa for longer stays or short getaways.

We got the deluxe double room with a view of the harbor. There was a fair going on the weekend we were there and they had some really good food trucks. We even rode the ferris wheel! Our room was very comfortable, the linens and towels were plush and they even provided robes and slippers. They serve breakfast for a fee but we just went to a cafe a few doors down and had coffee and pastries. The 12:00 check out and the ability to bring our dog was a huge bonus. The staff was extremely nice and if in the area again, which we hope to be, we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel isn’t enormous, which makes it much better than those huge modern business hotels. It is in a great position opposite the harbour - we would recommend having a room with views in that direction. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The ‘room service’ snack-meal was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is dog-friendly, which seems to be rather rare in Spain.

There is no restaurant in which to have an evening meal. There is no parking ‘at’ the hotel. Street parking is plentiful and free, but vacant spaces are not necessarily available very close to the hotel entrance - although you can unload (and reload) luggage in a restricted place in front of the entrance. [A fairly close underground car park space can be organised for about 12 euros.]

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony overlooking the sea was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was very well organised. But beyond these essentials, what truly stood out was the staff. EVERYONE was exceptionally polite and friendly – from reception to breakfast service, and even room service. I travel quite often, but this was by far the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We will definitely return.

This hotel is excellent. I was surprised just how good quality the hotel was. The location is about 15 minute walk to the beach, but a very simple direction along the main road. There is a bus stop just outside that if you choose to use can take you to the beach in 5 mins. The area had lovely inexpensive restaurants right by the port across the road, which were great and recommended to us by the taxi driver. There is a direct tram line to the centre of Castello 5 min walk away as well. We were there for the reggae festival which was great as the famous Sole beach club was only 25 min walk away too! The staff were also very incredible and as we needed to get a taxi early morning - the receptionist (i forgot his name sorry) promised to call us in on the room telephone in the morning at 4.45 so that he would order a taxi for us - and he was absolutely true to his word and helped us get a taxi on time for our early train. He was excellent. All the staff were nice, including the check in staff and the young lady who helped us with bus schedule. The cleaners were also quick and skilled. To finish on the room, it was a lovely spacious room with everything you could want. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely be back one day soon!

nothing was a great hotel!

I loved my stay here. Everything was perfect: starting from the charming lady at the check-in and ending with the great location. I felt really comfortable and like home. Relaxed atmosphere, brilliant cleanness and generous breakfast made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. The view from the window was great. I was surprised with terrace size. The bus stop as well the shops are nearby. But the view from the window I accept as a gift! Thank you!

Everything!! The location was brilliant 👏🏼. Free parking was a real bonus as we were travelling with our car. Lovely rooms, beautiful contemporary bathroom. Breakfast, wow 👌🏼 👏🏼. What a delightful lady at breakfast ( didn't catch her name unfortunately, she had long hair platted and spoke great English, but so so helpful. Eggs cooked to order, omelette, fried, no problem.

Absolutely nothing!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable from the start. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of my visit. Breakfast was decent, with a sufficient variety of dishes. However, the hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach, which can be challenging in the heat. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and clean accommodations.

Excellent location in the centre of the Port area. Free public parking very close to the hotel. Clean room with comfortable bed. Very kind to offer free coffee in the lobby during the day. I did not realise this was a dog friendly hotel when booking and was just a little bit annoyed by being disturbed by dogs barking in the night.
