The room was spacious with splendid large balcony with sea view. Comfortable seating and a large worktop. The most exceptional aspect is the 50metre pool, stunning and a rarity. Beautifully designed for lap swimming, and at least in Sept, it was not at all crowded; guests seem to recognise its value for lap swimming and do move aside for those doing laps. Also comfortable seating and a convenient bar with food. Lovely landscaping on spacious grounds. Not too distant from the beautiful sandy beaches as S Tomas, Atalis and Son Bou.

Overall design is rather 'clinical', the modern 'Menorca' interior is appealing but lacks any cosy, holiday atmosphere. The dining options are minimal, and but for lunch, it's entirely buffet: rather crowded and not particularly well-serviced. There seems to be a relationship btw the hotel and a nearby beachfront restaurant, Es Pins, which we've enjoyed on many occasions in the past: simple, authentic Menorcan food at very good value; excellent, friendly service (for both families and couples), and fantastic beachside setting a short walk from the hotel.

The rooms are really nice and well decorated - as well as the hotel. The physical structure seems like it was intended originally for a more upscale experience. The reception staff is really nice as well. The included meals were typical resort buffet, but I found it good quality. Very nice pool area. There's a spa area, which was unexpected. Option of a reasonably priced late checkout until 18:00 was great. Room was clean and with a good shower.

The bathroom has a glass wall to the room, so if you turn on the lights it illuminates the entire room as well. The lunch food served at the pool bar was really low quality, nothing like the other meals. Also one younger male employee working the pool bar was not too polite to me twice. And the pool bar would take 10-15 mins to even get us a glass of water. Now that I think of it, the only thing really stopping it from being a 10 is the pool bar experience.

Breakfast had different and slightly changing options. Quality was good (as expected for this country). What we liked the most was the tourism advice service they had at the hotel. It was great to have the option to get tips and to also quickly discuss plans for the day with them. Also, hotel is in the middle of the island - great to travel to different places.

Breakfast quality was not the best, but for Spain, this was expected. Overall, the staff was very friendly - especially at the reception and at the tourism advice service station. However, this does not apply to all the stuff (housekeeping & some at breakfast).

Excellent room; very clean and comfortable. Great location by the beach. Nice workers! Breakfast was included an very well served with many delicious options.

The hotel delayed my check in by 2 hours (not impressed by that) which made me lose even more of my day in Menorca just waiting for my room to be ready. Not even a glass of water was offered while I was waiting...umbrellas by the pool were terrible quality and could not support the wind, so at the littlest breeze, sun umbrellas for falling on the guests...

Fantastic pool and pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The room is very spacious with comfortable beds and amazing shower, we also had a balcony facing the pool which was lovely. Everything was spotless clean. Gym is small but has all the main essentials. The vibe in this hotel is extremely relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet vacation to fully recharge, this is it. Highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back.

Background music (though not loud) by pool area gets a bit boring after a while, as it keeps playing the same songs every day. Hotel provides beach towels, however if you want them changed/clean it is 1EUR per towel. Parking is 5EUR per day, a bit pricey considering we planned a long stay.

The Ethos of the hotel. Most peaceful, tranquil, relaxing and beautiful stay to recharge. The welcome we were given by staff was outstanding. Every visitor was treated with love and kindness. We would definitely return and 100% recommended. Staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. As someone who previously worked in travel at a high level I was most impressed. The room size was exactly what you expect as a modern standard, I mean 30+ m2, same goes for the terrace/balcony. The properly working air conditioner and a comfy bed and a coffee machine were all exceeding expectations. Good selection for breakfast, coffee from Jura machines was very good.

If the cleaning service see do not disturb sign, they would not bother coming back for the whole day no matter if the sign is not there any more. For same reason we were declined a late check out, essentially not to complicate the routine of the cleaning service that seems to be an organizational bottleneck at this hotel. We wish the breakfast has a longer hours and the juices were tasting bit too chemical from those machines that mix water with concentrate.

We have been going to menorca for nearly 50 years. We stayed at Seth 55 the year it opened and standards are very good. The only reason we haven't been every year is family have a home at Son Parc

Nothing,it was exceptionally hot and the air conditioning in the bedroom was very welcome

The location is superb, Santo Tomas is a very quiet place with an outstanding beach, and Seth 55 is just off the beaten track in a very relaxed green corner of the town just a few minutes from the sea. The swimming pool is the best one we've ever been in, and all the personnel at the hotel go over and above with their service. We can't wait to go back!

I would expect water to be served for free, especially considering the price of a stay. That was the one flaw in our stay.

This is a fabulous hotel, just a few minutes walk to the beach, but peacefully set back against the pine forests. Peaceful, amazing pool, great staff, lovely rooms and even a sauna and steam room available to all. They are also really big on their attempts to be green which resonated with me.
