This is a very new and well organised hotel. Everything was good. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, the dinner was good. The reception staff were absolutely lovely.

The only problem we had was breakfast. We didn’t want a buffet as we only have coffee, juice and toast. This should have been possible in the bar but there wasn’t enough staff. In fact, one waiter was trying to do the breakfast buffet and serve the people at the bar. Hopeless. We left and had breakfast on the road.

Travelling by car to Andalusia we stayed overnight at Hotel Sukha. A nice, modern hotel 5 minutes from the motorway. The area is a bit industrial but once inside the hotel you wouldn’t have known. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Good sized indoor garage so no need to unload the whole car for a one-night stay.

Food in the on-site restaurant was nothing special but at least you don’t have to go out looking for food after a long day driving.

New hotel (that's why there are only a few reviews), but we really loved it. Comfy beds, good greenery all around the hotel, good kids playground in the park right next to the hotel. Good bar with coffee, freshely squeezed juice, and great sandwitches - we liked this option more than the breakfast buffet. Enough free parking spots in front of the hotel. We explored Bilbao, San Sebastian, and the villages around the hotel and were felighted to return back to the hitel every night.

The breakfast buffer could be upgraded to justify the 15€ price tag.

Probably the best accommodation option in Aretxabaleta, value 4 money. 15 minutes walk from the center (although there is a bus stop 50 m from the entrance to the hotel, you just have to cross a small park), restaurant/ gastrobar with enough options on the ground floor, extremely kind staff, interesting design, cleanliness, proper heat (important when traveling in winter, my case), in short I would come back anytime.

Booked last minute for a one night stay on our way to Portugal. Easy access off the motorway network. Dog friendly all the staff were great. Nice food in the restaraunt. Rooms were spacious. Couldn't fit the car in the carpark because of the height restriction, the hotel accommadated us by letting us park down the side of the hotel. Only negative is one of the beds was a sofa bed, would obviously have prefered a proper bed. Really nice hotel.

Where to start? Beds -supremely comfortable and very big! Cleanliness - everything absolutely spotless. Unusually, lots of pillows. Marvellous! So you don't get a crick in your neck reading or watching tv. Best of all - dogs allowed in the bar and dining room Big secure parking with easy access. Easy access to the motorway, easy to find.

Nothing to dislike. All fantastic. Will we return? Absolutely!

We spent one night there as a family of four on our way to Portugal. The staff was friendly, and the junior suite was a good size, with a spacious bathroom, a comfortable double bed, and a sofa bed for the kids. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast the next morning—both were great experiences! We’ll definitely find more reasons to come back again!

Super pet friendly. Pets were allowed at the restaurant! Staff were super nice as well. Hotel has a restaurant with great food and wine. There is a lockup garage that you could access (at additional charge) from the reception but great option to give you some peace of mind. Our room was super specious, super clean and very comfortable… the best of all was the price.

If I have to say something I would say the toilet paper.

Location, was great as we were traveling by road from the UK to Spain. Everything was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was perfect for tired, hungry travellers.

It was too cold - able to set bedroom temperature to comfortable level but elsewhere in the hotel the air conditioning was set too low especially as it was mid winter.

Great hotel well situated if you are traveling. It is very close to the highway. Enough places to park in a secluded street. The gastrobar is very convenient. The best is the staff. They call me to verify the time of arrival making sure the kitchen was open. Great service.
