Everything was great! Location, cleanliness (whole hotel smells lovely), staff, bright and soundproof room, spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was included, basic but good selection. Free hot beverages in the reception. Location very close to great bars with pintxos and very close to the mountains.

No parking but we didn't have a problem with cheap spaces around the hotel, 1 euro for half a day (morning or afternoon) or 2 euro for all day (green - blue lines), free during weekends. There is a playground just opposite the hotel so it was a little bit noisy in the afternoon but windows are soundproof. It could be a problem during summer time if someone is sensitive.

I loved every minute at Mondragon Hotela. The entire hotel was recently renovated and it shows, with a clean and beautiful atmosphere. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We needed to arrive a bit after 23h, we called explaining the situation, and they kindly waited for us. They even requested our IDs via email to start the check-in process, so we just had to get there and receive the room kees. Thank you Virginia for all your help!

Located close to the city center, easy to find, friendly and helpful staff. Can't comment on the breakfast or parking, didn't need one. Room clean, bed comfortable.

A bit weird arrangement of furniture in the room, there is enough of hangers but almost no shelves to put things that you don't want to hang (underwear and socks come to mind).

Cecilia, the receptionist, is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and always greeted me with a smile. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly made a difference in my experience. The family room was clean and spacious. Divided in two parts by the sliding door so the parents could have privacy. The bathroom had a bathtube with hydromassage. Quiet relaxing after a whole day driving. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel had very good food and very polite staff. Breakfast the next day was also good, a lot of choice. The hotel is not the cheapest one but our stay was very pleasant.

Nice room, nice staff, central location and nice breakfast. I was on a motor bike and although the garage was full they offered to direct me to a free car park, but there is a public specific bike bay just 20 metres from the hotel entrance which i used.

The room was spacious, the interior was modern, and everything was TOP.

Very small trash baskets, almost impossible to put anything inside. Also, not enough furniture => even putting your clothes inside is complicated.

Everything was new. Great central location, very very friendly receptionist, good beds. Good food at the restaurant, the waiter was very friendly and funny. He gave good advice and contributed to make our evening great, despite our tiredness. Ideal for our short stay.

Great hotel, super clean and cozy. The personal was really nice and helped us with restaurants and they prepared the breakfast in advance in morning because we left before the opening time.. We appreciate a lot!
