The only issue we had was trying to park to get the key from inside the hotel for the private parking. My husband (who doesn’t speak Spanish) was told to move on by the police as there was nowhere to park. He stayed in the vehicle whilst I went to get the key & when the police moved him on he got lost in the one way system. This was not the hotel’s fault & the only reason I marked 9 out of 10. I suggest anyone staying there learns the sentence… “We’re getting the key for the private hotel parking” in Spanish 😊

Plenty space to move around in the bedroom area and to put your things. Bathroom also with lots of space. The fan helped fighting the heat although it's not ideal and a little noisy. Location seemed nice and we didn't hear any noise from the outside.

I can't really point out anything bad about our stay. The only thing I could mention was the fact that the staff struggled to communicate in english which made check-in take a little longer but it was manageable and not a big deal. Thankfully it was not that hot or I believe we would have struggled with the heat.

WiFi is very poor. Paying a lot for a basic but nice hotel. No coffee machine in room. Traffic noisy during night.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Great location, everything can be reached by foot. Nice bar in the building and great restaurant around the corner. The beds were very comfortable.

Missing air conditioning as it is very loud outside if you have to keep the windows open.

Location is great, close to charging station for E-car

The first room was a bit smelly (somebody smoked inside) and we had to ask for a change.

This a very nice hotel, well priced, with very clean facilities and a friendly and efficient staff. The star rating on this property should be higher.

Bed was a bit hard

The hotel offers at least the same standard big hotel chains may offer. The staff is very helpful with tips to find your way around the area. We arrived early on a day the hotel was fully booked and still our room was ready within 30 minutes. Thank you for a great stay!
