My room was a spacious twin room that was clean, tidy, and with a fridge, which was appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well with the window open as there wasn't AC, although there was a fan. The shower was hot and powerful, and towels, etc. were clean and plenty. When I booked in, the women on reception was informative, helpful, and efficient at providing secure storage for my bicycle. Breakfast was lovely, tasty, and sustaining, and the staff member who served me was efficient and engaging. The location of the hotel is central for most things. I would stay here again.

There was nothing with which to find any fault.

It was more than excellent the level of service provided, in order to make all the clients in a very relaxing and supportive, confortable and cleanning environment. The particular service provided when I arrived at midnigth was unespected and extremely appreciated. The flight was late and there was someone waiting me, and providing me a healthy fruit salad, water for the room as well as room supporting entrance. This was not to happen, as had received a key to enter. Also all the other employees were available for a late breackfast, or an expresso of excellent quality (very difficult to find in Spain, indeed), at any moment that I would need it. Excellent room, with all the confort, clean and silence for a relaxing night even for me, that was working on the area. Top Hotel, with Top Employees!

Large, spacious twin bedroom on the first floor. Safe and secure parking for my bicycle in one of the hotels’s reception (conference?) rooms. The lady on reception was very efficient and professional with good English. Overall it was good value for money.

Breakfast times were just too late for me. The restaurant was shut and there was no possibility of food in the evening. Some of the electric sockets a bit loose and dodgy.

I liked the style of the building and the ambiance. Facilities to enjoy a drink outside in the sunshine. Stunning mountain scenery at your doorstep. I forgot to bring an electrical adaptor (senior moment), but very nice lady in the hotel provided a phone charger to me, which saved the day.

Not really a complaint, but no evening meals served in the hotel. This is not really a problem as there are plenty of places to eat in Durango. I would recommend Jai Berry, which is just down the road. Also Botafumeiro Jatetxea and Bar Zero are both good for beers and pintxos (tapas).

The property has of street parking was very clean and the staff could not have been more helpful

A little noisey through the night with traffic though I had the window open so as to cool the room so? Very minor and self inflicted

A beautiful hotel in a lovely town. The rooms are big, tall and make one feel like gentry. The staff are very helpful and the town centre is only 2 minutes walk away. It was part of a motorcycling holiday and suited our purposes very well.

Carpets were a bit worn, but this gave it character, so no complaints

Staff, location, views from the room and size of the room and bathroom were all great. Secure parking and public areas all of a high standard too.

Good location. Parking available, enough space. Large rooms, enough space. Friendly and helpful staff, we left the hotel very early in the morning, they prepared a take-away breakfast for us.

I would prefer self-service breakfast, which is not the case in this hotel. Bathroom and room floor not particularly clean, but not critical.

I guess we stayed during one of the hottest week in the year and there was no aircon in the room, just a fan, so we needed to sleep with all the windows open.

Easy to reach, walking distance from historic centre (Casco Antiguo). Room with good space, shower in the bathtub. Big parking area in the backyard of the hotel, closed by gate (safe).

Restaurant only open at certain days, not huge choice of dining options in the city.
