Oh wow!... This hotel is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk through the door. We were warmly welcomed by Javier and Gloria. The ambiance is wonderful. The mixture of old/antique furniture and modern blends together beautifully. The rooms are gorgeous. Attention to detail ... amazing. Beautiful quality bedlinen, towels, fitments etc.. Whilst there is no formal restaurant there was a lovely casual menu. The food was perfect.. the Cava aperatif super.. and the wine just fabulous. Breakfast was absolutely perfect... Gloria had baked the cake the previous evening..simply delicious.. all presented beautifully with delightful crockery. I could go on and on... but suggest you go and check it out for yourself: We feel sure you will definitely not be disappointed!

in every respect, this is a magnificent place to stay. The Palacio is beautifully decorated by the delightful owners who work very hard to make sure your stay is perfect. Our bedroom was large with a spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. A lovely breakfast is provided in the dining room or out in the garden. Gloria recommended a Sunday lunch at Arrate in a mountain village. This was the highlight of our trip to Northern Spain. if you get the chance to stay at Palacio de Luko don’t hesitate! it’s superb.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a recently renovated country manor. Friendly owners who take pride in having invested several years of work in designing every element of modern, eclectic decor themselves. Comfortable beds. Free parking outside.

Nothing important. Hotel is in a remote location several kilometers outside Vitoria Gasteiz, so do not expect any attractions right outside. Breakfast is beautifully served at your table in the dining room, but no warm food, not even eggs, are available. Wi-fi seems finicky at certain times probably when all guests try to connect at the same time.

The hotel is decorated to a very high standard . It is a small hotel and and you can see how much love has gone into the refurbishment of this building . Breakfast is served by the owner and every piece of crockery and cutlery is so beautiful. The food was fresh / of very good quality . It is away from the city and we found the peace and tranquillity just what we needed .

The dinner menu is very limited so you will need to drive out if you are looking for variety / more options .

Everything. The property is beautiful. The owners are friendly and gave us a fascinating tour of their wonderful renovation. The furnishings are tasteful and top quality. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. There isn’t a formal restaurant but there is a beautiful dining room. Breakfast and the tableware are exquisite and you can order from a small but tasty small menu for the evening. It is so peaceful. We will be back.

Gorgeous hotel in a remodelled castle , every detail is thought through, location is remote , but close to wineries and was a good break to stay in this hotel after crowds in San Sebastián . Owner served gourmet homemade, freshly prepared breakfast in a very nice dining area and was beautifully served. Highly recommend for an upscale boutique experience on a way to Rioja. Five star all the way.

Very nice place to stay for one or two nights while transiting through the Basque Country - close to the highway. Please place is well renovated with a lot of charm - nicely decorated - there is no restaurant but great tapas for the evening and nice breakfast in the morning.

Even staff are welcoming and very nice - they seem to be sometimes overloaded by different request.

beautiful gem in absolutely unexpected neighborhood, close to highway, but as the walls are really massive ones, there’s no noise inside the hotel. I enjoyed how much attention this hotel had put on details, the whole aesthetics of it, how harmonious & inviting this interior was. my bed & pillows were also comfortable, which was a big plus also. considering all the beauty & comforts, this hotel itself would definitely deserve 10/10, but it had big but for me…

hotel’s food department is really week part of it & as the location doesn’t offer you much options, this is a big minus, at least for me. i ended up having some gut issues & was really sad about it, as I really loved the property 2nd thing was the language barrier, but it’s much smaller topic than food

Beautiful building, very nice grounds, very accommodating staff, furnishings were very Holiday Inn which was a pity considering the beauty of the Chateau. The biggest issue was, it being summer and 30 degrees there was no air conditioning! Just a fan to move the hot air around. Slept terribly. If one wanted a dark room at dawn at 5:45 one had to close the shutters and have no air or open them and have little sleep. Either was it was too hot to sleep well.
