From the moment we arrived, and were greeted by Eider in Reception, we felt we had made a great choice for our mini-break in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Eider was really friendly, as were all the staff throughout, and we were assigned a stunning room on the top floor overlooking the city roofscape! We were travelling with an electric car, and the underground parking was superb and, for a small additional fee we could use one of the four chargers provided. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice, and really set us up for our day’s activities! It’s a short walk into the heart of this lovely historic city, but it is also very easy to get out into the superb surrounding Basque Country. We had been cycling in Portugal, and we were absolutely delighted to find the hotel provided a self-service laundry which was brilliant. A final point is that there is an excellent neighbourhood pintxos restaurant, El Bar 2, just next to the hotel which was lively, friendly and had great food. A real bonus!

Wonderful experience! The room is well furnished: someone clearly has put thoughs into it to make things work that well together. Frienly and open staff. Great fasilities with everything one would need! They also give a dog bed, a bowl, a toy and some treats for our dog. He loved everything and was the happiest!

The pool is a joke, it's no deeper than 50cm and very small. That might have been stated somewhere, but we only looked at the pictures and imagined a proper pool, which it clearly is not.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has an excellent location, just a short distance from the city center and the train station. There is paid parking available, which was very convenient. The hotel is extremely clean and features a modern design throughout. My room matched the description perfectly and was very comfortable for a long-term stay. Breakfast was good, offering various fruits, juices, pastries, cereals, ham, and cheese. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop with a pool and a stunning panoramic view of the city - a perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

It offers an exceptional stay with a fresh, modern vibe. Everything in the apartment feels brand new and very clean, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable short stay. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the railway station and close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The apartment was well-equipped and the prices are fair for the quality and amenities offered. The rooftop terrace is a standout feature, offering stunning views of the city. Plus, the check-in process is smooth and easy.

There were no major issues — everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for a pleasant stay.

I was a little concerned when we arrived that the area felt characterless but in fact it’s a short and pleasant walk to downtown - the old city is lovely Also, initially we were put off by the extra cost for a dog- €25 per night is a lot- at least this hotel gave back something in terms of bowls and treats, and even a toy, which was nice. The room is well laid out, the extra facilities very good and parking handy. Great views. Best of all it was cosy. The temperature was perfect.

Nothing once we settled in. It’s well designed, well equipped, though for someone of 1.60m the things in the cupboards aren’t reachable! A little folding step would be useful.

We spent five nights in this hotel with our 4 year old. The staff are very friendly and the room was clean and modern. The eco-friendly ventilation system really works well. Every time we returned to the room the air was cool and pleasant. The breakfast is nice, one can also sit outside, and the hours (until 12) allow for lie-ins. The view from the rooftop is stunning.

The only downside was the view to a wall opposite. Apparently the city view rooms are not available if one needs a third bed, or so we were told. That said, the booking did not promise any great view, so still 10 points. Also, the elevators can become a bit congested at rush hour.

Modern facility, very close to center of town

Finding the hotel's parking garage was not difficult, because the hotel has a big, green lettered, sign on the wall at the entry ramp of the parking garage. However, the garage is shared by various businesses. Kora Green City has its own designated parking area in this shared garage. It so happens that once you enter the garage, about 2/3ths down the ramp, there is a small, black sign pointing to the right to enter the Hotel's parking area. This sign I missed. It would be better if this sign was larger, with green, or even neon style lettering.

Exceptional value for money! Huge room, great view over the city - well equipped private kitchenette area, large bathroom, plenty of storage shelves etc. Welcoming, helpful staff. I was very pleasantly surprised - this property exceeded my expectations and was one of the best value-for-money propositions during my travels over 2 weeks (& 8 different hotels/properties) in northern Spain. I only regretted my short stay didn't allow me opportunity to use the amazing swimming pool on the roof.

Very little to dislike here - this property exceeded my expectations in many different ways.

The apartment was lovely and exceeded our expectations. Everything is carefully thought out from the storage to the huge fridge. Two ring induction hob and microwave were great to cook on. Comfortable beds, amazing view over the city from the 8th floor. We enjoyed "swimming" in the pool (early October and still warm) although it is very shallow. The check-in/out is done entirely over the internet which was a huge bonus. We pre-paid the underground parking. Getting into the city centre was a 20 minute walk without hills. We just followed the tram line, it couldn't have been easier.

Ideal place to stay for a few days with option to eat in. Modern stylish rooms, quiet and comfortable. Very modern kitchenette, but limited crockery, cutlery, and some shelves very high. We had a balcony which had a great view over the city and of the surrounding mountains. The roof terrace was very bare, and the pool tiny. Staff very helpful. We did not explore the communal rooms. There was no information on these other than the breakfast and discount in the sushi restaurant on the ground floor. We parked in the basement garage which was 18 euros a night. Very convenient. A good ten minute walk to the old town at our pace!
