Great location for an overnight stop on the way to North Spain. It's next to the motorway but the noise didn't disturb us just dont expect a good view. Good value for money. Basic room but good services. The cafe/bar is excellent value and friendly staff. Come here for breakfast lunch dinner snacks tapas hot cold or bar drinks. We got fresh coffee here in the morning and took it to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again if on the same route.

The staff at the reception is very very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant / cafe at hotel, where they serve food and bevarages of all sorts.

The hotel is 10-15 minutes away from Vitoria by car. If you need to go in and out daily, considert that the taxi will cost approx €20 per ride. The hotel room is somewhat old-fashioned, but it does what you need it for. The restaurant/cafe is very busy during the day, this somehow results in the floor always being covered in breadcrumbs and leftovers that the people drop.

Fabulous cafe,bar, cash and carry. A restaurant that looked great but we never ate there. We had a tyre blow out on the E80 near the hotel that was quite stressful and after being moved off the motorway by the police and having had breakdown repair the vehicle we could not have chosen a better place to spend the night!

Would not be in walking distance to anywhere vwry busy road!

Great price great location comfortable and clean

The barman downstairs tried to rip my romanian colleague off, charging him €60 for 6 beers (a round for 6 people) not €15 as my english colleague was charged when the romanian chaps payment card declined. When challenged on it denied it outright, even though 3 of my colleagues and myself witnessed it and it showed as a declined transaction with the amount in his banking app. Even with this proof it was still denied and my Romanian colleague was told he was crazy. Nice! Only thing id say about the hotel was the aircon wasnt so effective, but this really didnt marr the experience, overall its a great hotel, just keep your eye on what the barman tries to charge you!

The restaurant was great a set menu with fast friendly service. The bar very busy as this is a popular stop for people on a busy road. The choice of food and drink excellent with the added bonus of a range of wines or cured meats which could also be purchased to stock one's larder.

Slight noise from a busy road but this is a great place to stay on route.

Convenient location being on route to Portugal, bar and restaurant have good quality food and drinks. Serving food is fast and efficient which is nice after a day driving. The room and bathroom were comfortable.

A slight smell of cigarettes, after ventilation it was not too bad.

A very convenient hotel to use when travelling from France to Andalucia. A comfortable room which allowed us to get a good night's sleep during our long drive from UK back to our home in Douthern Spain.

Disappointed in the "menu del día" on this occasion. Expensive and nor as good quality as on the several occasions we've had it in the past.

Hotel is good, everything you want you can have. Prices are good and everything is clean.

Breakfast is a coffee, fresh jus and a croissant. For a real breakfast not enough. Only reception is able to talk English. At the restaurant i ordered pasta and got a pasta soup…..and they pointed something out and gave me chicken with fries also. So language is a thing.

Hotel is conveniently located on the highway, next to the exit and, a large gas station and a huge parking lot. Check in was quick, staff kind, spacy room with large tv and comfy power shower. Restaurant serves good quality food, menu del dia with many choices and very cheap.

I think breakfast could be improved; I had fresh squeezed orange juice, large coffee and a tostata with fresh tomato, I'd have appreciated some kind of cake too.

I meet the owner/manager that offered me free garage parking for my loaded motorcycle, with me even asking for it, him ,being a motorcyclist too, understands very well that a biker sleeps so much better if the motorbike is secure
