We loved this hotel. It was very modern, lovely comfortable beds with the added extra of a rooftop pool and terrace. There were lots of communal spaces and a small coffee shop where the breakfast was good value for €10.50. We used the gym next door for €6 and it was state of the art. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English. We also booked a parking space which was an added bonus for us. We loved Vitoria Gasteiz, it's compact enough but so much to see on the Sunday we were there. Although the shops were shut, we found a little artisan market, a swing dance festival, a vintage Seat car festival in the old square, lots of flea market type stalls and lots of bars and cafes in which to enjoy a cerveza and delicious tapas. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the old town but there are shops all along the way so it may take you longer! There are cafes, restaurants everywhere around the hotel so it's a great location. We will be back because we loved this green, friendly city and will definitely be staying at the Kora Green City Aparthotel too.

From the moment we arrived, and were greeted by Eider in Reception, we felt we had made a great choice for our mini-break in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Eider was really friendly, as were all the staff throughout, and we were assigned a stunning room on the top floor overlooking the city roofscape! We were travelling with an electric car, and the underground parking was superb and, for a small additional fee we could use one of the four chargers provided. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice, and really set us up for our day’s activities! It’s a short walk into the heart of this lovely historic city, but it is also very easy to get out into the superb surrounding Basque Country. We had been cycling in Portugal, and we were absolutely delighted to find the hotel provided a self-service laundry which was brilliant. A final point is that there is an excellent neighbourhood pintxos restaurant, El Bar 2, just next to the hotel which was lively, friendly and had great food. A real bonus!

Great room, super clean and spacious. The whole building looks super new and nice. Also, there is a pretty nice terrace if you have a sunny day. The building has nice common space and even a gym.

A bit far away from the city center, but honestly that was not a problem. We interacted with a mildly rude receptionist, but I think we were unlucky (the others looked very friendly). The hotel has a parking that costs 18€/day. Don't know if that's a good price for Vitoria honestly. Unfortunately, the bikes were not available for rent when we were there (no explanation was given us).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has an excellent location, just a short distance from the city center and the train station. There is paid parking available, which was very convenient. The hotel is extremely clean and features a modern design throughout. My room matched the description perfectly and was very comfortable for a long-term stay. Breakfast was good, offering various fruits, juices, pastries, cereals, ham, and cheese. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop with a pool and a stunning panoramic view of the city - a perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful experience! The room is well furnished: someone clearly has put thoughs into it to make things work that well together. Frienly and open staff. Great fasilities with everything one would need! They also give a dog bed, a bowl, a toy and some treats for our dog. He loved everything and was the happiest!

The pool is a joke, it's no deeper than 50cm and very small. That might have been stated somewhere, but we only looked at the pictures and imagined a proper pool, which it clearly is not.

Stayed in KGC as it was an official hotel for the event I was participating in. They couldn't have been more helpful, excellent pre-checkin communication via WhatsApp made things simpler. The breakfast downstairs was convenient, good value for money and very tasty. I especially liked the early breakfast on the day of the event, made planning a lot easier.

I found the room a little warm, not sure if it's a feature of the PassiveHaus standard, but we couldn't seem to get it to cool down.

We stayed at the hotel during the Ironman race and were pleasantly surprised by how many organized events were held for athletes, their families, and their friends. It added to the experience! The sushi restaurant was a great option, perfect for those moments when you want a tasty meal without leaving the hotel or worrying about cooking. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and our stay with our dog was smooth and comfortable. Coworking area is fantastic as well. We felt at home. Highly recommend! 🌟

The location is ideal — just a short walk from the railway station and close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The apartment was well-equipped and the prices are fair for the quality and amenities offered. The rooftop terrace is a standout feature, offering stunning views of the city. Plus, the check-in process is smooth and easy.

There were no major issues — everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for a pleasant stay.

Great place! Communication before arrival swift and practical. Garage underground (18 €), large 2 bedrooms apartment with a compact living room/kitchenette, minimalist, AC, quiet. Comfortable beds with soft cool duvets, immaculately clean. Great terrace on the top floor with a small pool, solarium and good views of the city. Close to the old town (12 min on foot), tapas bars nearby. Dog friendly, a must for us.

Pool area closes early at 9 pm. We missed a great sunset! Garage a bit pricey .. but secure.

I was a little concerned when we arrived that the area felt characterless but in fact it’s a short and pleasant walk to downtown - the old city is lovely Also, initially we were put off by the extra cost for a dog- €25 per night is a lot- at least this hotel gave back something in terms of bowls and treats, and even a toy, which was nice. The room is well laid out, the extra facilities very good and parking handy. Great views. Best of all it was cosy. The temperature was perfect.

Nothing once we settled in. It’s well designed, well equipped, though for someone of 1.60m the things in the cupboards aren’t reachable! A little folding step would be useful.
