A beautiful building, perfectly placed and easy to find. Having a room option with parking included was ideal for us, although there were a few spaces dotted around. Our evening meal in the restaurant was sublime, but a steak knife would have been nice, but we persevered and didn't want to ask. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and friendly. Breakfast was included (along with the parking) and was absolutely fantastic. A great selection of food, something for every taste and nationality. Our room was a great size, spotlessly clean. Beds were lovely and comfortable, and we had a wonderful sleep ready for our onward journey.

Everything was great, but if I had to say something, it would be that the parking is tight, especially for a larger car. Luckily, we did get parked on the first level as there was no way our jeep / medium SUV was getting down the tight bend. But as I said, there was actually plenty of street parking later in the day.

The hotel is easy to find and very well located for walking into the city/historical center. We had arranged to pre-book online so getting our room was very quick when we arrived. The entrance to their underground carpark is located on the side street. The establishment is pleasantly light inside with a large atrium skylight, the lifts are very pleasant, removing any claustrophobic sensations for those prone to this. Our room was on the 5th floor, spacious enough and comfortable. We found a kettle with a choice of coffee and tea. It was pretty quiet and we slept well. We had breakfast in our paid reservation and we appreciated the fact that you could take it as early as 6:45am. We usually take early breakfast to seize the day, so this was perfect. The buffet is in the restaurant room and had a very good and delicious selection to please everyone. We left not long after breakfast after settling the bill for the parking which you can access from the inside of the hotel. We have a biggish saloon and found the access ramp perfectly adequate and found a good parking space on the first level. However we had the feeling that the -2 level appeared to be tighter to get down to, so if you have a large car, best check other reviews about parking or ask the hotel direct. We certainly will not hesitate to come back to this hotel on our next travel to France or back.

Hotel Parking facility: The 17 euros/day is fair enough, however our overall stay was for much less than 24h period and the cost should be reflected as such since there was free parking available just outside the hotel when we arrived and the area looked perfectly safe enough.

Good central location with underground parking - modern bedroom, great bed. A beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, they are a credit to the hotel.

Disappointed that there were no glasses or real cups - just paper cups - this is a four star hotel not a Holiday Inn Express! No coffee machine and had to move the whole tea tray onto the consul/desk to plug in the kettle - not enough plugs, despite this being a newly renovated room. Poor double glazing - street noise disturbed sleep, we were on the top floor so maybe this didn't help with noise.

Most excellent hotel and location! Our second stay and it was every bit as good as we remembered. Would be our first choice for another Vitoria visit. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great parking that you can drive right up to and use the call box to talk to Reception who will buzz you in. However, this feature/service is not advertised so most certainly missed by most first timers. A shame when it is so convenient.

Great central location. 10 mins or so into the central plaza and a relaxed pace. Flat ground, no hills, lovely walk through the park providing shade. 5 quick minutes to a local grocery store for supplies. Great car parking under the hotel, tight spaces but lots of spaces. Lovely buffet options for breakfast. Lathe bedroom and large bathroom with rainfall shower head. Very friendly helpful staff, receptionist had lots of suggestions for local options.

What a smart hotel! From its very fresh, impressive and modern lobby to my spacious and very well appointed room this was a great choice in this city. The reception staff were all very friendly and professional, and my room was really nice and had all the facilities you would expect in a quality hotel (safe, fridge, kettle etc). It had a large comfy bed and a big modern clean bathroom. Just out of the town centre it takes only a few minutes to walk there (and a little further to the old town) Also it's around 10 minutes walk from the train station. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a really wide choice of food that was great quality, and well laid out for easy access even when quite busy.

I noted when booking that Vitoria-Gasteiz seems to be quite an expensive city for hotels in relation to surrounding towns (like Santander and Bilboa). So this hotel is a little pricey for what it is, but I found it very competitive in this city.

Not enough parking at the hotel. No on-street parking. Extremely busy place. We had to park in the cathedral car park. It was advertised outside for €8.95 per day but unbeknown to us that was with online booking. They wanted to charge us nearly €80 for 3 days parking but we didn't have to in the end. You MUST book parking before you arrive

The location is great as it's very central to the Main sights of Vitoria. The room was very comfy. We had drinks and dinner in the cafe as we preferred the menu there and everything was excellent. The service from the girl in the cafe was superb, and the food was delicious, especially the Torreznos and the Pantxipapa dessert. Breakfast was good too. We h ave stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect, very close to all the main places in the old town. Our room was very nice and spacious, nicely decorated, with a big bathroom. They offered us gowns and sleepers. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of hot choices and drinks. We could store our bags until we left in the afternoon. The staff was nice and helpful.

Just a bit of noise in the radiators in the bathroom during the night, though I guess it's normal, as I am not used to have them where I live.

A nice four-star hotel close to the city centre and train station. The room was generally comfortable, with a desk and different lights, and it was clean, with good beds and a spacious bathroom.

The room was very warm, even though it wasn't that warm outside, and it was very difficult to cool it down. The windows could also be better insulated to keep traffic noise out more.
