Very good location, big room, very spacious bathroom, warm, great water temperature & pressure. We ordered room service for dinner, it took quite a while but the food was delicious. The breakfast was fantastic, great variety and fresh. The safe parking in the garage was very important for us. At the check out, there was a mistake but it was corrected very fast. All in all, it was a very good experience.

The room service took a long time as it was coordinated somehow with the dinner time at the restaurant in the hotel.

We stayed there on our way to Germany and wanted to return on our way back. Friendly staff, very comfortable large rooms and excellent quality bathrooms , underground parking.

We were very surprised about a 20 + Euro charge per person per hour ??? !!For simple access to the spa area . Very unusual and uncommercial . This spoiled a little bit the overall very good impression. We did not use this although would have loved to relax after long drive…

Room was very comfortable, well appointed and the bathroom was excellent. Plenty of amenities in the room and overall top notch. Bed - very comfy, got plenty of sleep. Breakfast - a great variety of food and very friendly staff who were attentive and made a great coffee.

I was travelling without a car so the area doesnt have much to offer, but other than that, no complaints.

Very comfortable, we like a bit of room when we stay and after a fair bit of travelling we just wanted something very basic to eat for dinner. The kitchen was exactly what we wanted no oven but a hob top and microwave, perfect. The suite was lovely, very comfortable bed and crisp bed linen. Also with sub zero overnight temperatures the garage parking was a huge bonus. The hotel was easy to find, and so for us a great place for a one night stay to break the journey home to Málaga.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like.

Room was very good. Spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Bathroom very good too. Staff (reception and cleaners) very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick enough.

Spa was not included when in most hotels it is. There was no coffee/facilities and in other hotels there is. There was only 1 towel and hand towel per person in the bathroom. In that intense heat there was not water bottles, even 1. You had to pay for it. We felt that was missing for a 5 start hotel. I cannot complain about the hotel not being in the center as we knew before booking but you need transport.

The room and bathroom were spacious for European standards. The bed was comfortable, so my husband and I were able to have a good night’s rest.

The location is far from the center of town. Also, the exterior of the hotel, as well as the inner common areas are in need of major renovation.

The hotel was as expected: big rooms, great and clean bathrooms. Nice breakfast.

I got charge TWICE.... Booking charge 113,83 euros. The hotel told me it was like an assurance in case I did not come, well 5 days later the money is still hold by booking and I paid the hotel in full. So you think you re having a good deal but at the end it s just a steal.

Perfect hotel for transiting through the area. Easy access off the motorways. The restaurant and the bar area are ok. But there's a load of takeaway places not far away too. Did the job just fine as an overnighter, but it's not exactly high end hotelling luxury. The car parking is a little tight, but again perfectly suitable.

Better cafe/bar/restaurant.

location was good & easy to find after a long drive. rooms spacious & comfortable beds. quiet location. plenty of free parking. Bar facilities good. reception staff very helpful.

No kettle in room. Had to change rooms three times as air con not working in one room, second room smelt of cigarettes & third room the sliding bathroom door wouldn’t close! After being told what time the on-site restaurant opened for meals it was closed when we went…..had meal in bar area which we could’ve had two hours earlier had we known about the restaurant being closed…. not happy!

We were staying for the Vitoria-gasteiz Ironman and the hotel were very accomodating for our needs. They allowed us to put bikes in our rooms and put on early breakfast on race day too.

The hotel was about a 40 minute walk from the main plaza in town and about 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop. However the trams stop at 10.30pm which means you need to drive in the evenings.
