Location for the port near Bilbao 40 minutes to Ferry.

The location is right in the center of the village, with shops and a few restaurants around (some of them pretty good), parking is not a problem, a few places are available in the courtyard, but in case they're full parking nearby is free. Close to Vitoria Gasteiz and Bilbao, about half an hour in either way, by car.

Actually the weather just hit us wit a heat wave and the hotel was not prepared for it. The fact that they have giant radiators all over made me think that the cold was a problem not the heat. But we have to get used to it, climate is changing.

A great functional hotel in a beautiful village full of life. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The town as lots of different restaurants and bars and in the summer other activities such as games of the kids and a concert. It's a great base for discovering the neighbouring countryside. Highly recommended for families as the town playground is nearby.

The photos give the impression that his hotel is pine beamed and therefore in an old building. In reality the hotel is modern and a bit of an eyesore but perhaps because of that it's more functional.

The bed was very comfy and the room was very warm especially as we arrived late at night and it was cold outside. The receptionist was so kind to wait until we arrived. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was tasty. It's a good idea to have a restaurant as the city doesn't have many options where to eat at.

Very kind staff, clean property, good sized room and bathroom. We stayed here to watch the Ironman in Vittoria, but it ended up being quite difficult to get to and from there from this location (no fault of the hotel). There is a lovely bakery just across the road too.

There was no aircon and our room did not seem to have a window, so it was very dark. The range of food at breakfast could have been better.

Room was very comfortable and clean. We were attended by a very gentle lady. Remarkable breakfast choice. All tasted delicious, especially the cakes! Internal parking is quite small (6 cars)but parking on the road is possible.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning.

you could put some pads on the doors so when people shut them you dont hear other people leave there rooms but besides that it was great . may be a sign to say breakfast is down stairs .may be a coffee or tea be avilable when you get there i had done 400 miles and tired

The bay window in our room was gorgeous! Free parking on site and on the street, dinner was delicious, great location

Our room was pretty warm and the street noise was pretty loud (Friday night revelers were out till after 4am)

Lovely luxurious feeling room, good hot shower & a good spot across the road from the bakery

On the ground floor our window looked right out/in from the street so we didn’t feel super comfortable opening our blind or window at night which would have been nice to get fresh air but not the end of the world!

Asier in reception was excellent, helped with parking and advice and was a credit to the hotel. The room was modern and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Dining was limited to 8 in the evening but there are places nearby. Eskerrik asko Nagusi and Asier!
