The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was amazing. The young boy at the reception was really nice and answered all our questions kindly. And the coffee machine at the entrance is a bonus!

The down side is that when lying down I could feel a strong sewage smell coming from drains, sometimes common in Spain. Which made me very allergic, sneezing the whole day. Such a shame for such a beautiful room and hotel. Also like so many showers at hotels the toilet gets all wet. But otherwise everything else was amazing.

Clean and comfortable hotel and friendly staff. Good underground parking. Breakfast was simple and more than adequate. The location was quite good, not so far from the old town and plenty of restaurant/cafe options nearby. A tram stop is nearby - buy the ticket at the machine there.

Didn't like that, for whatever reason, the privacy "net" curtains have been removed (from all rooms I believe). This means that for a bit of privacy, the blackout curtains need to be partially drawn. This darkens the room and you have to live with the lights on.

The hotel was overall good. The facilities, while not fantastic or exceptional, were perfectly in line with expectations. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The location is also good.

The hotel was a nit noisy - I could hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms.

we paid about AUD $300 per night for an air conditioned room however we then discovered air conditioning wasn’t available (really not happy about that) fortunately the staff tried to save the day and lent us a fan from the office (unfortunately it wasn’t sufficient but I appreciate their efforts). certainly didn’t expect to be staying in a Marriott hotel and not have air conditioning.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly & helpful. Nice room, clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Nice walk in shower. Breakfast was good, lovely fresh orange juice and coffee.

Good location and comfortable room.

We initially booked through booking the two nights stay, however, due to an unexpected success we needed to book and extra night that was more expensive than the initial booking, didn’t feel fair considering that the extra night was for a Thursday and the rest of our stay, that was cheaper was for the weekend.

Everything was really good.

Perhaps breakfast can be more diverse. I have to also say last night was terrible with a party next room until 2am. Staff should do something about it as you could hear the noise from the elevator!

Location

Tired decor, lack of facilities, keys continually need resetting, only one selection button for lift so you mostly found yourself going in the wrong direction, some staff were miserable.

Nice big room. Fresh orange juice for breakfast and tea and coffee in the lobby

Staff had no idea about catching public transport when I asked them.

Ideal location to access the city. Very large rooms. Nice gym in basement and staff very friendly.

Air conditioning not working properly so room overly hot.
