Lovely central location in pretty village, bar and restaurant next door, easy walks to the river with our large dog who was welcome to stay in the apartment (can be difficult in Spain). Friendly and helpful staff. Not much English spoken but they returned the iPad we left in the room and paid the courier costs, trusting us to re-imburse them on arrival at home. We stayed in a spacious apartment with double bad and sofa bed and an integral garage, so very safe for a car fully loaded. Would certainly recommend.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! located in the center of a small village in the Spanish Basque country, close to lovely walks by the river. There is a garage (we payed 8 euros), or to leave your bikes safely. We booked a large deluxe room for 3, each of us had a private space, the rooms are impeccably clean, rustic with heavy wooden doors.and shutters. 2 cafés and restaurants are besides the hotel, very practical after a long day travelling, as they serve both dinner and breakfast.

Take ear plugs if you happen to go there during the week end or a holiday, as the square is lively and busy until late at night and all the rooms seem to be overlooking the square.

Wow! The property is amazing! And just like the photos. The attention to detail is superb. We felt very at home. The village itself is very beautiful (and the Plaza will be even more so when the roadworks are finished). The food in the bar under the property was very nice, we had goats cheese salad and pigs cheeks. They allowed us in with our dog, but we did have to sit by the door, which is fair enough. The bar was quite lively in the evenings, but the noise of people enjoying themselves doesn’t bother us. There are two more bars in the village, one also serves as a bakery. Lovely walk down to the river and the weir. The staff were really lovely. And the secure parking in the integral garage was an added bonus.

What a fantastic place. A lovely village location and absolutely in the Plaza. The Admin of check in and such was very friendly (and a little incomplete as we learned - hey ho). The Apartment was spotless and in great order. After our long drive we parked, unpacked and settled in. Later in the evening a local Lady (maybe connected to Hotel? no idea but she was charming) saw me at my Car and asked my details. She then guided me to open the Garage under the apartment and store the car. The beds in th apartment appeared a little basic - but wow they were comfortable. I will try to book here again!

Nothing - all was good. This is how a Private hotel should be - we loved it.

Lively location: beautiful square - challenging to find and park 😂 Super spacious The room even had a built in kitchen- we only noticed it behind some cupboard doors as we were leaving - really well equipped for a longer stay than we were making Would be good to spend more time in that area and this would be a perfect base It was lively and crowded when we arrived but totally peaceful during the night

We were tired on arrival so the challenge of finding it in the first place Worth it though!

Rustic and gorgeous. Room had been updated and was very comfortable. The building is beautiful. Don’t miss the walk along the river. We loved the local vibe! (But it’s local, don’t expect to be in a big city with big city choices. You’re staying in a small village that offers what you need unless you need big city choices.) And pet friendly!!

Arrival information could be made more clear but don’t sweat it. You’ll love the place as soon as you’re settled.

Beautiful building and they made an effort to keep in style. Bathroom was a bit out of style, but I liked the shower very much.

I was there for one night, on a Friday night, there is a bar underneath and opposite the hotel. Smokers on the street make a lot of noise. But later on it was very quiet. In the room description it says that breakfast is available at the hotel, but there wasn’t. Maybe because of a Saturday morning?

Good location. Friendly staff, usually need to call for check-in, there are phone numbers on the door. Room was clean, and had fresh look. There is a breakfast in bar in same building, costs 5 euro, includes dried bread, olive oil, tomato paste, jam, juice and coffee.

There was a crack in the shower floor. I had an upper floor and a window above the bed, it was raining in the evening and the window was dripping a little.

I love historical buildings set in beautiful surroundings so this was perfect. On the main square opposite a huge church gate it is very unassuming but inside is lovely.the rooms are big and modern but integrated into the old structure. Facilities are clean and modern. The hotel has a small garage built into it. The hotel itself has not got a restaurant or bar but next door and across the square are very good bars where you can get a very varied menu and good value.

Beautifully updated apartments in a quaint Spanish town, just off the highway. The apartments are spacious with a contemporary, minimalist design. It was plenty warm, but the floors were cold! Some area rugs would be a nice addition. It’s a perfect stopover spot if you’re traveling through Basque Country into France. Pet friendly and protected parking in a garage connected to the apartment.

The floors were dusty in areas. I dropped my phone in the bedroom and it fell underneath the side chair. it was covered with dust and hair when I picked it up.
