Auto check-in was easy and convenient. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciated that they had a reading light over the bed and a nice, bright light over the bathroom mirror. When I needed to talk to staff the following day about storing my luggage, they were friendly and accommodating.

The only tiny issue was that the hairdryer in my room shorted out after about a minute. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The location was very good with excellent access to the tram station - very easy connection with the main bus station and Salburua natural reserve - but also with the Old City. A large room and the beds very comfy. Very nice and useful information about the main objectives to visit in the town - thank you for some ideas! In vicinity, a very nice place for breakfast...

For us, everything was as we expected.

The hotel is very centrally located just south of the old town and 10min aways from the train station and university. Auto check-in was very convenient as it provides a lot of flexibility. In comparison to other hotels with single rooms I stayed in, the room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. Everything was clean and in proper working condition, including the AC, and WiFi was working very well.

Only two negative points to mention here: The rooms are rather noisy and opening and closing of doors to other rooms is especially noticeable. This is nothing particular to this hotel though. What could easily be improved is the lack of shelves in the bathroom.

location is super cool where is in the city center. there are a lot restaurant around my hotel which made my life so convenient. and the staff of the hotel were so kind and replyed super fast.

I staied there for 5 days and two days the smell of my room was like "shit" and the Wifi connection was not good.

The location on Hotel Centro Vitoria was amazing: we were lucky enough to be there for the feria and we were right in the center! Even if we were close to concerts and event, we slept nicely at night and did not hear much noise.

Rooms seemed a lot newer for the pictures, but ni big deal. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom quite big

As centrally located not the easiest to find with a car as not appearing to be directly accessible. Best to park up and walk the final streets. We arrived late evening so could park on the streets for free, and leave before 9.00 the next morning . The hotel is accessed down an arcade with other shops so you could easily pass by. Whilst there was a receptionist who is available until 8.30, there preferred option is to self check in via an external machine that needs you payment card and passport. Be aware two locals tried standing behind us in this process, we believe to oversee passcodes and/or await us leaving either the passport or card within the machine. Be warned. The hotel is centrally located with many good bars/restaurants and shops adjacent.

Would have preferred receptionist to have checked us in rather than asking us to use external machine.

The location is great. Rooms are clean, well-lit and face a backyard so it is quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Self check-in was quick and easy. You can store your luggage if you’re not traveling right after check-out, I appreciated that a lot. The lady at the reception was very nice. There is a vending machine for snacks and beverages which can be useful.

The walls didn’t seem very soundproof, I heard the TV from two rooms down.

Nice little room, clean, pillow and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big anf very comfortable shower with hot water

Little bit confusing as my number of resevation from booking didnt work with their system but I called and all was fixed right away.

I never had breakfast while in the facility. Room was comfy and value the money paid.

Tha bath from the edges or one of the edges needs proper attention to avoid further spillage on the bathroom floor.
