This is not The Ritz, so don’t expect The Ritz. However, do look forward to a warm and friendly welcome, spotlessly clean bathroom and room, a really good continental breakfast with ample choice plus excellent croissants, coffee and fresh orange juice. The breakfast room is a small,cosy lounge and bar in the evening but the hotel is excellently located in the centre of the interesting town. There are a couple of park areas and river and the large Eroski is great for cheap fuel. Park in the Bitteri car park - the entrance looks grim, but the (underground) car park is well lit and cctv monitored 24/7. Cost is £€10 and it is one minute or less from the Hotel Arrasate. Some of the furnishings are now a little tired,but the hotel is good value, friendly and safe.

Some of the furniture is basic or a little tired, but overall good sized rooms and a good atmosphere.

My room was large, clean, tidy, and comfortable and was large enough in which, to store my bicycle. The person who was on reception when I arrived and served me breakfast was helpful and kind and spoke English really well. The breakfast was adequate and kept me satisfied until lunchtime. The hotel is centrally located and easily found. I would return to the hotel again.

I don't think the breakfast, although adequate, was at the correct price point. The hotel is a little dated, but that didn't bother me.

Very comfortable room with excellent shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with choices of fruit, bread, and local foods, Water provided to take medication also. Located in the centre of Arrasate Mondragon; it's a comfortable walk to local bars and restaurants and the bus station to travel throughout Gipuzkoa.

The Reception desk is not occupied for much of the time, but contact is available by telephone in the rooms. There is no lift in the property which may cause problems for people with mobility problems.

I really like the location and the pleasant people at the hotel. Everything I needed was at my disposal.

On Saturday, on the day of my departure, I needed to get breakfast in time, i.e. at 7am, but the hotel manager, not the usual girl, appeared only at 7:10 and then started preparing something slowly. But I could not wait for my usual breakfast, which was other wise perfect. I had to leave the hotel at 7:25.

Clean and immediately available. I booked it 30 minutes before I arrived- staff were friendly and helpful, plus a great little tapas bar right under the hotel.

Hotel was very difficult to locate from car based satellite navigation- No parking available at the hotel and hotel not visible from road. Located in a pedestrianised zone.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. There are fresh yogurt, fruits, bread and coffee in breakfast. My favorite time as stay. Great food with warm people!

the wifi is not that stable, mostly i use my internet. Will hear the trash car cleaning noise around 7:00, it doesn't bother me cuz i'm an early bird...just info for ppl as choosing the room. BTW, there's no elevator. I don't like the cleaning smell, very artificial....I have to use the fan to get rid of that.

The hotel is very clean. It is situated in the city center. It feels very homelike. But still one can feel the local cultural taste of the region. The receptionists are very nice and helpful.

I didn't notice the air conditioning system, so I'm not sure if it will be comfortable in summer. As it is located in the city centre, it can be quite noisy in the evening.

The hotel is very well-located, right in the centre of Arrasate. You can walk everywhere. The host is very gracious and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful!

There was nothing that we didn't like. The hotel is a bit older, but everything worked just fine and the room was large and comfortable.

Parking and approach to hotel is obstructed by pedestrian zone. Google maps no help. Guests coming by car need to be forewarned.
