Location is great! Right next to a popular square with lots of places to have a drink/breakfast but also quiet at night. Very friendly staff and great that they allow dogs to stay. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The only thing would be that we found it difficult to find public parking. We ended up finding a few options about 10 minutes walk away so not bad in the end :)

Staff was very nice and the lobby and rooms were cozy and very nice. The environment and location was very very nice.

It was too noisy, The town was deserted but there was roadwork on the street and since the hotel is located on al old town house we could hear neighbours upstairs and nextdoor, so not great to sleep

Decor - very quirky. Rooms all different. Nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Early checkin. Safe cycle storage. 2 doors away from very good restaurant - Sirimiri - excellent lunchtime meal. Bergara - lots of old buildings, fascinating museum about Wolframite and Enlightenment movement in Bergara (lots of hands-on features), not at all boring !

Room overlooking main square was noisy from people enjoying food and drink at the bars. Other rooms were quieter.

As soon as you enter the scent is beautiful and the vintage interiors are stunning. This place has been thoughtfully curated with a mix of vintage furniture and art. Walls are wallpapered throughout and the staircase leading to each floor is wide and original. If you love a boutique eclectic style accommodation then this place is for you.

Although parking was difficult, I did find a spot within 200 yards and my car was still there in the morning. The town is old world and charming and the hotel is a lovely quaint old building with great features. The town centre shops and bars etc are right there outside the door, I even took advantage of the closeness and had a haircut. The place is well worth a visit but it is not convenient for one night travelling. It's too far from the main road routes.

You can't improve it unless you moved it nearer to the main roads, but it is a lovely place to stay if you can find a parking spot

It’s a really beautiful old hotel with cozy rooms and lots of old details, paintings, cupboards and other cool stuff. The owners were so nice to us. We didn’t speak any Spanish but they were very patient and friendly.

The beds were maybe not that great and you hear some sounds of the other guests but it didn’t really bother us that much.

A really beautiful old building with large rooms in the very heart of this charming old town. The perfect place to stop for the night on the way to or from France! The staff were really lovely too and the secure parking was just a couple of minutes walk along a lovely flat street. There were some really great bars and restaurants right by the hotel but it was still quiet at night. The old town itself is small but very charming and beautiful. A great choice!

The hotel was perfect but Google maps took us to a closed off road. The hotel owner came and showed us the way though which just goes to show how fabulous they are. Stay here!

Charming old hotel with rugs on polished wood floors but also a lift and good size rooms. Very friendly owners who were happy to store my bike in reception.

Lovely, quirky old building in heart of old Bergara. Just a few steps to a square with lovely places to eat and drink. Friendly staff - made me feel very welcome. Comfortable bed 👍🏻
