I had the pleasure of visiting the SPA at Sercotel Odeón, and it was absolutely fantastic! The facilities are modern, clean, and perfectly designed for relaxation. From the soothing ambiance to the variety of treatments offered, everything was top-notch. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and pampered throughout my visit. The thermal circuit was a true highlight, left me feeling completely rejuvenated. It’s the perfect place to unwind and escape from the daily stress. I highly recommend the SPA at Sercotel Odeón to anyone looking for an exceptional wellness experience!

Pleasant, quiet and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food good, nice breakfast buffet. Good value for money. We will use again for our visits to our family who are resident in Spain. Would recommend to others.

Hotel, clean and new enough. We did not use the SPA. We stayed one night. The rooms were spacious, but lacked coziness and comfort.

This is the biggest drawback for many hotels, but I really don't like it when the double bed version is two single beds pushed together. This can be solved with a mattress topper, so that co-sleeping is comfortable.

The room is spacious. It is possible to open the window a bit for fresh air.

There is only one cushion, would have liked more. The light in the bathroom iluminate from the back making it difficult to see yourself in the mirror. The promotion " breakfast and garage" is only valid for one person despite travelling by car by two persons.

Good breakfast good facilities including a free well equipped gym.

A working fridge and T.V. both not working. safe had to have a clean and battery change

Room - big, comfy bed with desk and good shower. Spa - 90 mins for 10 euros/person. pool, different showers, sauna and steam room. good and relaxing. Breakfast - small with a few options - fruit, fried food, cereal and pasteries

While the room was big, it was quite sparce, it needs better and larger furniture, like tv and sofa.

Clean and spacious room with the access to spa (for a separate fee). Feels like a typical chain hotel - nothing really fancy, but all works as expected.

Breakfast selection is rather poor for 4 star hotel. Drinking water in the room and more selection of bath cosmetics (only basic soap is available) would be nice.

Excellent facilities, the free upgrade to a suite was a surprise, excellent buffet breakfast and the cafeteria evening meal was good value. Secure parking for motorcycles in underground garage

We purchased the spa & half board option which proved to be great value.

Modern hotel with good facilities as would be expected, with the added benefit of the spa for relaxing after a days walking. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome & valued.

Value for money, especially the evening meal in the hotel cafeteria. Location to local cafes and restaurants.

Unfortunately access to the hotel car park was not available due to a technical problem..But easily resolved for us as we were on a motorbike so able to park outside the entrance.
