The hotel was brilliant. The staff are lovely. Food is great and well priced. The laundry is good service. The place is kept very clean and the staff are always working round the clock... Easy access to everything. There is a huge supermarket inside the shopping centre across the road which is open until 10pm. The bus stop is outside the front door and is every 15mins at €1.20 each. The town/beach/promenade is about a 10 minute walk away. The Sunday market is a must. The hotel is in a quieter part of Fuengirola which is great as it's away from noisy nightlife. You can still enjoy this by taking a short dander into town or the bus. The Zoo (Bioparc) is a must... Crazy golf is within walking distance too and good fun...

We only booked a 1 bed apt which was all that was available at the time, it was fine for us (4) but next time we will book a two bedroom apt. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, not separate. I would suggest the option of plastic glasses for kids in the cupboards

We were absolutely delighted with the hotel/apartment. As a family of 5 the room was spacious enough, very clean and had everything needed for a February midterm break. The shopping centre next doors was very convenient and Fuengirola city centre/bus and train station just a short walk away. The staff was helpful and friendly. We didn’t eat at the premises, but our morning coffees were delicious.

There is a busy highway outside the hotel that may have bothered us had we been trying to relax by the pool, but with February being slightly cooler, we were happy to be out and about so it didn’t bother us.

Everything was excellent especially now there is a bustop to the centre right outside. Only 1.20 for a round trip !

Very very clean. Lovely room overlooking pool. Food in bar downstairs good. Staff efficient. Two dark haired girls taking food orders were very smiley. I think they were new. Other girl with hair more blonde was super efficient and fast. The older man in the bar was very observant and saw in the pool bar that I hadn’t received chips in ten minutes and sorted it. I wasn’t complaining, just sitting waiting. They had Zumba in the pool and ball games and bingo by the pool. They had two lifeguards on at most times. Basically around the corner from big shopping centre and ten minute walk from the Beach where there are plenty of restaurants and a few souvenir shops.

Just the ants under the loungers. Near the evening they started crawling up onto the sunbed. Maybe a little vinegar or something to keep them at bay. The staff in the shopping centre supermarket are downright rude. They obviously don’t like tourists. Even though I spoke some Spanish, they were not nice. We met a few different people in there on different counters. They should be aware that tourism is keeping them in their jobs.

Room very spacious and clean. Pool and public areas of the hotel were very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Reasonable bar prices. Location decent - not right near the busy parts of the resorts - but near enough to walk to everything, including the beach. Brilliant shopping centre next door which had so many good shops, including a very large supermarket. Never had probs getting sunbeds.

Good idea to have the pool area closed off until a certain time in the morning - saves sunbed reserving - but 10am was a little late for us personally. Expected to pay a deposit to hire pool towels but didn’t like the fact that there was also a fee for this.

Everything was okay as I expected from other years. Had activities for the kids which my grandchildren enjoyed, and entertainment was okay also. Night shows ok also.

Everything went well. The only thing as I had been there before was that the queue to get into the pool was longer than any year and when the gates opened the people actually run to get the sun beds. I cannot run as I have bad legs but every year I just walked and got sunbeds; this year it was much more difficult. And some people put their stuff on the sunbeds and never turned up later! It is the guests who spoil things not the place nor the staff.

Our apartment was great. The beds were extremely comfortable, a well equipped kitchen, fluffy towels, lots of pillows and very clean. Great facilities in the complex, including a fantastic games room, the bar had a good selection of food and drinks, pool area very clean and the staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly.

There was a horrid sewerage smell in the bathroom most of the time, quite disgusting. There could be a couple more items included in the kitchen, like a spatula for stirring, a pair of scissors and a grater. Mixed feelings about location of our room as we had a first floor apartment looking out on the road, not a great view of traffic and a bit noisy, but our balcony had the sun all day which was lovely.

Overall good standard of accommodation , food, gym etc

We travelled with other family members for the duration of our stay, they were staying in another hotel accommodation, on one occasion they came to meet us for a drink at the bar and were asked to leave. Very embarrassing for us, can understand a hotel not allowing non residents avail of hotel facilities, but a drink at the bar seemed overly strict. The result was we rarely stayed in the accommodation. Got tired of being asked my room number to be honest.

I had read great reviews but the complex was even better in person. Everything was very good quality. The common areas were very modern with plenty options of places to hang out at, the bar, outside terrace, near the pool or the pool bar and a huge games room. We only had a couple days here and were out a lot but would definitely consider a longer stay here. Easily accessed from Malaga by train and then a short bus ride or as we had done, a meander along the beach walk will bring you there. The shopping centre behind it is great, very convenient for getting supplies or going for food etc. Room was great, lovely bathroom and shower. Comfy beds and good quality bedding. Great value for the price.

The only negative is that there was an issue with the air con (which these things happen) but as we didn't know there was an issue, we were inadvertently bringing in heated air by having the cold switch on. It wasn't clear whether the air con was in operation yet, being April (as it said it is for cold in summer months and heating in winter). Eventually I did ask at reception whether the air con is currently operating and was then told of the issue and that it was being fixed but to make sure to have it switched off otherwise you'll be bringing hot air in. My suggestion is that they could have sent a message to guests to alert them to this and to ensure they had their systems off.

Rooms were well appointed. Facilities were good. Location was good

Pool was over crowded as there wasn’t a separate kids pool but this is what I would expect at busy times so not a surprise. I would open the pool earlier than 10am to allow early risers a chance to swim before it gets busy. Although the bar staff were lovely, their job was made harder than it should be by its ineffective layout. They were having to make several trips around the bar area to make just one cocktail. If all the ingredients were laid out in front of them and closer to hand the bar would run more efficiently
