The staff is really nice, the location is really good to go on short walks during the evening or have dinner with some sangria. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and there was a terrace to go out and have a chat. Plenty of restaurants nearby from cheaper to more expensive. Also the price is fair for the accommodation. Overall I would recommend for a short leisure trip.

The only thing that I found a bit low is the noise from other rooms, but I would say it depends on the mood of the person who visits if he finds it a problem or not.

Basic room but clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. 1 minutes walk from a free car park and close to the beach and restaurants. Use a keypad to get into the building and the same number for your room.

Facilities are limited so no hairdryer (even from reception). A little noisy as the room keypads are loud. Hotel needs a sign. We arrived after 10pm so the building was closed, Google maps said we had arrived but nothing to give the door a name! There was a number to contact on the door but nothing else.

Nice staff and modest price in a charming part of Gandia ( or Gau as I think they call this part of Gandia ) , with lots of small cafės and restaurants , still not more than 500 meters from the Beach

You need to turn on ( and Off) the warm water two places, but onde you find out - it is easy .

good location, many nearby cafes and restaurants, beach is also not too far by walk. I particularly liked that they use a code to open the doors, so you don't need to worry about losing your keys.

The bathroom was quite small, and especially the shower was extra small, couldn't even turn. The walls are not sound proof at all, I could hear all noises in other rooms/in the hallways.

The hotel is ideally situated, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There is no dedicated parking area for the hotel, need to park either in the street or open parking area a short distance away (which was completely full every day)

Nice pension close to the port of the city. The room was a bit tight for three but still manageable and they had good air conditioning. Beds are the best beds I've ever had in a hotel: firm mattresses, nice pillows.

Parking in the area can be a bit crazy

Clean and well kept hotel and room. Never seen such a big bed before,and very comfortable with good pillows.

As this is an old building,the lift and toilet system is VERY noisy,needs sound proofing. Also a kettle would be nice,even though there is a drink vending machine in lobby,it didn’t do just hot water.

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Large free carpark 100 meters away at Port of Gandia • Keys: Check-in and registration was done online in advance, and we got the access codes from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. • First impression: The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood, which was clean, safe and quiet. There was a lift to get to the top floors. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There was no kitchen facility as this was a hotel. The bathroom was clean, spacious and well equipped with good hot water. • Bedroom: There was one large room with two double beds. The place was clean and well maintained but was a bit cramped as we were four adults. • Amenities: There was free internet and a TV • Particulars: We found free parking in a residential street near the hotel. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

Perfect place - in the centre. Great price for one night. Nice room and clean. The air conditioning also worked to warm up for a while, which came in handy on a December evening.

When you want to close the door it does a lot of noise. It is not comfortable at night.

Stay before and reception always lovely ,last stay i was with my husband unfortunately he passed away few days later i went back quickly and they were very kind to me room was ready and nice as always.

Nothing its a good getaway place central perfect for us and now for me.
