The room was large and the view was fantastic. We had three individual beds that were really confortable. The room was clean and the stuff was really kind and welcoming. There are shifts for food, which makes it easier to avoid crowding and for the service to be more optimal. For breakfast there were many options, such as fried eggs, different types of bread for toast, sweets, fruits, churros, tortilla, etc. The distance to the beach and the beach itself is perfect.

The food was okey, but there werent that many options for some dinners. Variety was lacking, kind of repetitive after three days there, and the food that was grilled was always overcooked :/

The location is very good and close to the beach and stores. It has a good night life and the room is comfortable, clean, and nice view. The breakfast also good.

The pool is very small and has not the entertainment events. It has just one restaurant that the cost for the launch and dinner is expensive compared to the cost. The breakfast time, the restaurant is very crowded and can’t find the table easily.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations! It was my first time as a solo traveler in Gandia, and I felt very safe and happy. The hotel staff made me feel welcome all the time and were very helpful even though my Spanish is very limited. I wasn't aware that Gandia is quite far from central Valencia, but I was glad that I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay in VS Gandia Palace Costa Blanca! I was upgraded to a room with a direct view of the beach and a huge balcony! I watched the sunrise every morning from bed and the waves crashing on the shore. It was absolutely gorgeous! It's a huge luxury hotel, very spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is 2 steps from the beach with lots of cafés and restaurants. If you dont feel like eating out, the hotel room service is excellent!they make one mean buger (very delicious with Iberico ham), and the quality of the food is great! The swimming pool is an oasis! Beautifully lined with palm trees and a little waterfall. The music is great and the vibes are very fun and hip. There was a DJ every night this summer! The bar is great! Variety of options and lots to eat and drink poolside while vibing with the music. A shout-out to the wonderful breakfast room staff! Dedicated and always happy to help with a big smile! It was clean, it was fairly peaceful and had a good amount of privacy. It was great being so close to the beach too.

Being muslim, we really struggled with finding halal food anywhere nearby. UberEats wasn’t widely used either. Also, this place is quite far from Valencia. It cost us around €95 one way, each time we wanted to go to Valencia city centre.

Breakfast was exceptional everything you could want was there for you The top floor was well worth it to get the sea view Bed was very comfortable

The reception was very professional but lacked personality mainly down to the language barriers (not many staff spoke English)

The room was excellent: very clean, well lit and spacious. We had an extra large bed that was very comfortable. Wifi connection was decent but we needed to ask for extra login access because they only give you a code that can only connect 2 devices. Most people have laptops and iPads so it was an unnecessary extra step to get access to internet.

The reception could have placed us in a room that was not directly next to other guests. Our neighbours were partying in their room ALL night. It was very loud and their talk and laughter woke me and my husband up multiple times during the night. Normally this would be understandable, but the hotel is very large but it was NOT full. There were not a lot of guests during our stay so the least the hotel could have done is to not pack all the guests in consecutive rooms. I have worked in the hotel industry before so I know they do this so that housekeeping would be easier during check out. Also €10 for room service? Seriously?

Beautiful hotel with a great location, food was amazing, great selection and quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were good with evening entertainment on in the large bar.

We had a good sized room with two double beds.The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Dinner wasn’t available until 8.30pm which was quite late for us to eat. We do appreciate that the Spanish eat later in the evening. It was a fine and there was plenty of choice on the buffet.

Nice hotel near the beach. The best part was the buffet, it had so many choices it was hard to choose what to eat. The staff was nice and polite at all interactions. It was a great experience.

Swimming pool was a bit cool, but still great.

buffet meals are good,but like most buffets its not to hot. views are good but why in a double room is there only one chair- evening entertainment was good and loved the spanish love of dancing. gandia palace in the old town is worth a visit
