Really comfortable bed and nice shower. Thoughtful gift bag with sweets, snacks and water was a nice touch. Nice location, close to grocery shops and not too far walk to the station

We didn't receive a warm welcome at reception. I am not sure who the woman was working on our check in afternoon on 9 July 2025, but she was extremely rude and had an irritated like attitude. I walked through to check out the breakfast area and she immediately called me back and said I should fall in line, meantime my partner already checked us in. Could do with more light in the bathroom and maybe a few more hangers in the cupboard. Juice at breakfast has a little bit of an artificial taste.

A comfortable bed in a reasonably spacious room. There was a fridge in the room which was good, and free drinks machine and microwave near the hotel lobby. The underground car park was a bonus but there is parking outside the hotel on the street also and a lidl across the road for food purchases if required. The air conditioning was in operation in the room which was good, as sometimes at that time of the year it's still on winter mode. We have used this hotel before and were returning guests. The hotel was pet friendly with a small welcome pack for our dog which was a nice touch. There are a couple of small parks nearby to walk the dog.

The room could benefit from a kettle if people didn't want to walk downstairs for a drink. There are some places to eat nearby to the hotel, but it's on the outskirts of the city so don't expect alot of restaurants etc.

A good location near to the universities. Very good underground car parking free of charge with the booking, or lots of parking on the street outside. A lidl supermarket was very handy just across the street. A few meters away was a bar, and a couple of restaurants ( Chinese and Indian), always well priced in a student area!! The room was very clean and our dog was made welcome. All in all I would stay at this hotel again!!

Air conditioning not working so the room was very hot. We opened the window but traffic noise was loud. A small tray of tea and coffee would have been nice, but these were not on offer.

Perfect for what we aimed for actually. After a long flight from Indonesia it was a good place for the family to spend the night and rest. Location is convenient and there is a large shopping center nearby perfect to purchase some groceries and food since we did book on room only basis. Plenty of cafes and small restaurants as well.

Mattrasses could be a bit harder actually but overall comfortable.

Room - good, clean, convenient - everything is new and nicely finished Bed - nothing wrong with it Breakfast - was not included, but a bit too expensive to pay while selection was not that great. Although free coffee and tee is available from the machines any time - this is convenient Personnel - very helpful, polite, just there was no issues at all, we communicated with different people in their shifts and all of them are nice and helpful, WOW - it is so rare to find nowadays

The double bed was good, from one piece. The bathroom looks stylish, but shower gel bottle was broken. The staff was welcoming and helped to change the room after the accident with the smoke from the ventilation.

At midnight smoke entered the room from the ventilation system. Some neighbors were smoking in their room and the smoke entered ours. It was impossible to sleep. It's prohibited to smoke in the rooms, but there is no way to stop it, only change the room.

1. The place has no life. It’s quite dead (or sterile), unlike the Ibis hotel next door. 1. The central air-conditioning is either too cold or too hot. Even when I set a temperature, it did not come to that temperature.

Location was excellent for us. Room cleaned daily.

Too noisy as is near highway, open windows was not an option. People staying in the hotel or cleaning the rooms banging too much, not considering others. Breakfast not too varied. Some repairs on bathroom are required.

The staff are friendly. Room was clean and there was a lidl supermarket right across the road which is super handy. It’s around 30 min from the airport . Uber is around €50 but there is a metro station around 15 min walk away.

The room isn’t very big so if you have big suitcases might be better getting a bigger room .

Really, really good hotel. Everything was spotless and way above what I had anticipated. Good breakfast.

Getafe is a very busy place and the journey in was a little fraught. Don't let that detract from the hotel, though, which is top. However, add a bar and one more star.
