Good hotel, well positioned for walking on the seafront promenades and into the town centre. Friendly staff and high level of cleanliness in both the rooms and public areas. Breakfast, although not cheap, was excellent with a very good selection to choose from, with good coffee and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. Altogether great value for money by comparison to most UK hotels at a similar price point.

Our room, whilst having a sea view across a busy road junction was quite noisy , although to be fair this was to be anticipated due to the location of the hotel. Rooms without a sea view at the back would no doubt have been quieter.

We had a nice room with a beach view as requested. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the aircon kept the temperature just right. Staff were very helpful and made reservations for us at Golf Courses and restaurants.

Nice rooftop bar, good location. Away from the busier part of time so nice and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Some family members stayed nearer the old town, but the noise from the town kept them up at night. I didn’t have this problem.

Rooms were clean but a little tired. But fine and functional, could do with a little modernising a lick of paint and maybe washing the curtains… I woke up one morning covered in bites. Suspected this may be due bedbugs, the staff didn’t find any but did move me regardless without fuss. New room smelt like cigarette smoke a bit… but didn’t want to complain a second time. Most of the staff were lovely, but one didn’t seem too happy with me as I don’t speak any Spanish.

Great location at the end of the beach - easy to stroll around town. We used the underground car park - which payable but worth it for our car with trailer - especially as the town was busy with firework display & festival. We were able to watch the show from the rooftop terrace. Good selection for breakfast. Wifi worked very well. All staff very friendly & speaking good English,

Nice hotel at one end of the long beach. Walking distance to many super restaurants and a nice park. Hotel facilities were great - small, but nice pool, small gym with sauna and steam room, and a super roof-top bar. Self service breakfast was good value, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our room just about faced the beach, but was a little noisy at times, being so close to a busy road and an entertainment complex.

Nice room, very confortabe bed, nice view of the beach, great breakfast and friendly staff, also vey convenient having the parking at the hotel with charging for our e-vehicle

it was a bit far from the city center, so not a lot of restaurant options around, although we found a nice restaurant within walking distance

Location was perfect place next to thew beach and almost the best part of the city. The room was also very clean and comfortable for a stay.

Maybe it would be better to have boiler in the room and possibility to have coffee or tea in the room.

The staff. Even though the hotel seemed to be understaffed every one went out of their way to satisfy any request.

The rooftop bar at the hotel. I had a large group of people coming into the rooftop bar and they did not allow me to make a reservation. Instead I had to hold the tables myself to accommodate 30 people. Even though the bill was over €600 they did not offer a snack (potato chips or olives) which is customary in Spain and more so in the area.

Although we didn’t have children booked a family room. Had a settee, arm chair, small table and coffee machine with excellent views to sea and hills. Bed comfortable and restaurant nice. Nice pool and excellent location for beach.
