Good hotel overall, convenient location, decent comfort for the area. I stayed in this hotel for three nights while visiting Gijón, and overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The location is convenient, the hotel is generally comfortable, and I don’t think I would’ve found anything much better in this region for the same price.

Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. That said, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. It was very limited in terms of variety, and I expected something more substantial, especially for a hotel of this level. It wasn’t terrible, just very basic.

In every aspect the hotel was excellent, from the staff to the rooftop pool. Housekeeping were excellent. However, if you’re there on a Sunday, have lunch there, the food is Michelin star quality at a price you will not believe! I’ve eaten in hotels all over the world and the value for money at this quality I challenge you to beat!

Nothing, I knew before I booked, it’s a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, where there are some excellent restaurants. But if you want the beach you’ll find the location difficult to beat!

Breakfast is wonderful, staff and service at the breakfast very good, quite good coffee at the breakfast. The location of the hotel is just 10-15 minutes walk to the city center and right next to big parking. Overall it's OK for quick stop (1-2 days) to enjoy wonderful Gijon and this region.

The room was a little bit disappointing for the price I paid - dark, small sized, the lamp near bed was broken, the shower had mold.

Hotel was in an excellent location with great underground parking(for a few but worth it from a car safety aspect). The rooms were very nicely decorated,very practical, spotlessly clean and beds super comfortable. Staff delivered excellent service. The breakfast was pretty good too

All the staff were polite and very helpful, the breakfast options were extensive, staff attentive and proactive, I had an omelette cooked to order both mornings, would highly recommend. The room was clean, the ensuite and shower was top draw, very powerful which I like.

There was no coffee making facilities in the room, which is not the end of the world, but I have come to expect that when staying away in hotels. Room service and restaurant do not open until 8.30, which could be a challenge with young children, however, I think this is fairly standard for the area.

central location, you come out of the hotel, you reach the center with a wonderful coastal walking path, there are dozens of cafes, bars, patisseries and restaurants on the way, one of them is named sidreria asturias.hotel side street has dozens of free parking opportunities. If there is no place, there is an open area opposite the hotel where you can park your car for 3 euro all day. The hotel smells like clean, it breathes. There is a bar and swimming pool at the top. The food is delicious. Even though it's full of time, if you can find a place, it's a super hotel where you get what you pay for.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Bedroom was huge, comfy and clean. Bathroom/shower was great too. Staff at the reception desk were very helpful and they recommended a restaurant in the old harbour in which we had a great dinner. Very close to the beach and the city centre, and just a walk away from the old town (around 30 mins). Easy and free parking on the street nearby.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was too expensive.

Location was great for our purposes. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. Breakfast was very good offering freshly cooked options. Walkable to the esplanade, the botanical garden and further along to the old quarter.

Great modern hotel in the heart of gijon. Swimming pool was closed during our 24-25 may 2025 stay. As per receptionist the pool season will start on 24 june, which was strange, as other hotel we stayed in Foz had already swimming pool open, please check before booking.

Location right on Camino del Norte. Convenient for beach, city, retaurants, bike trails, parks and more. Warm greeting from everyone we met at reception. Everything we needed. Gijon has a great City vibe. Hotel was really comfortable, modern with wonderful decor. Amazingly quiet too! That was a huge bonus. Thank you and for looking after our bikes too.

Everything was great apart from the lady at breakfast. She must have been having a bad day. Sorry but that was the only negative part of our stay.
