The location is fab, between the party area and old town, the restaurants and bars along the beach close by are all really lovely. It was nice to have a balcony and the size of our room was great. Perfect for a group (party) holiday to Ibiza across a couple of rooms, but wouldn’t recommend for a family/kids.

The pool wasn’t always clean, our room was only half cleaned one day and skipped another. The staff at the reception weren’t always as helpful as they could’ve been. Despite all this we still had a comfortable stay.

We loved the location. It’s literally right by the sea and a 2 minute walk to the promenade with lots of lovely bars and restaurants and of course the beach. The staff were all excellent. All incredibly friendly and helpful. From helping me work the coffee machine in reception to allowing us to use a room to have a shower in and get changed ready for our flight home they couldn’t be more helpful. They also put a bottle of champagne in my room as it was a big birthday which I was thrilled with. The apartment was clean and I thought pretty well equipped. The pool was lovely and again really clean and well maintained although as we were visiting in early April it was pretty cold. We still swam in it every day. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and we were all really impressed with how good the service we got was.

Sea view amazing! Shower strong. Kettle and fridge (even though 1 review said no kettle) Cleaners did bed each day. Bed nice! Spare blankets we asked for were amazing! Soap smells nice. Breakfast decent for a 5 day stay and price range for meat eaters and vegetarians Pool nice and pool side bar has good chips Convenient shop nearby that also does snackish food eg hotdog Vadepizza down the road has great pizza offer (but no English spoken) include pizza with 2 toppings and soft drinks for €7.75! Nice evening stroll by promenade to bypass most of main road. Gave my son a beach ball..nice touch! Can stilp charge things when out of room. :)

The main thing missing for us was a comfy communal area in the evening. The bar shuts at 5pm or so in Oct. An indoor bar would be amazing but I guess there's no call for it. While it wasn't overly central, it was still walkable both directions to old and new town with my 8 year old. Very few kids around but that's probably expected.

The Hotel was located in the quieter edge of the Old Town, on a hill overlooking Bossa Beach. I chose a sea view Studio and had the biggest balcony with the best view ever!! The room was big a spacious with a stocked kitchenette. The air conditioning worked well and the 2 single beds were spacious single beds and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and I had a hot shower every day. The shower head was a rain fall shower head so that was good with good pressure. The room was cleaned every day and refreshed to really good standard. The fridge was clean and worked well and was essential for keeping food and drink. The breakfast was to good standard and I did not miss a day. I could eat a big breakfast and not eat again until the evening (if necessary) but I never waited that long. Reception was very good in arranging taxis and giving out information to make your stay enjoyable. It rained the entire time I was there and was on the cold side, so we never experienced the pool area but it looked great. I would definitely go back to this hotel, if affordable during the time we want to go. We are going back to experience Ibiza in the sun, but to do this we have to go during a guaranteed sunny season, and all the prices go up. This Hotel would be my first choice.

The walls of the hotel are paper thin and I could hear the people in the rooms around me, and the people partying in the halls. But it is Ibiza, and I would expect people to be living la vida loca at all times of the night. It would also be good to have a book in each room with recommendations for bars, restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance of the hotel but that is just a suggestion not a criticism.

Nice pool area, with a bar on the side. The staff was great, especially Antonia, very welcoming, polite and helpful. All the amenities were present as described on the booking profile. Beds were comfy.

Very thin walls, you can easily hear noises from other rooms. Even in the morning, you could hear the housekeeping staff talking outside loudly, which is not good considering that Ibiza is a party island and people might be resting until early afternoon to recover

Nice big room, sea view is definitely worth getting. The pool area is nice and big also, with lots of beds. Located at the end of the prom, there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It was a 13 min walk into the old town but not one one I'd do at night, as a solo traveller. Staff are lovely, breakfast is great and I didn't find it noisy.

Decor is a bit dated and could do with a bit of sprucing up, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying again.

The location is very good! The aspect is also great! I have not stayed in the Panoramic for several years and found the entrance area a great improvement!

I had requested a 2nd floor room due to small size of the top floor balcony but ended up on the top floor!!! However I have two concerns about the room! First the shower in the bath-this is extremely dangerous particularly for the elderly. There needs to be a mat and handgrip at least!!! I would remove the bath!!! There is a lack of storage in the studio!! Robert Reid

The property is in a perfect location close to the beaches bars and restaurants of Figueretes, with everything you need for a happy stay in Ibiza. Room with a large private balcony, uninterrupted sea view and kitchenette with fridge for those cold drinks. A great pool area with day beds and a bar. Take the breakfast option because it’s plentiful and good quality. Anything you need the polite and pleasant staff will be happy to help with.

Just the bed pillows, an extra one with the cotton cover and a little softer would have been nice. But it’s certainly not a deal breaker.

The location was great for us. We could walk easily to the Center and easily to Platja de ses Figueretes where you can go to the beach too and have some nice restaurants and places to have a drink with sunset views. The room was spacious and clean.

The swimming pool is only available from 10am-6pm (which we didn't find on booking), which is a bit useless for us as we like a morning swim before the start of the day, full of activities, outside of the hotel. But other than that, no negative points for us (and I'm sure this is not a negative point for others). :)

Incredible views of the sea! Great size room and bathroom. Super clean. Convenient little kitchenette with fridge and teeny freezer. Brilliant size balcony which gets the sun most the day! Great aircon. Quick easy walk into old town over the headland - about 15-20mins max. Cleaners very attentive and happy to change towels daily. Easy to leave cases in a safe locked room. Easy and convenient to get taxis when requested at reception desk. Close to restaurants along the seafront and close to beach.

Pool water was a little grim. Fridge in room wasn't great.
