The situation of the hotel was perfect. The view from our balcony was absolutely wonderful. The a la carte menu was varied and the food was well presented and delicious

There was nowhere to sit outside in their lovely grounds. I think more comfortable chairs in the reception area would have been nice.

I travelled to Ibiza alone & felt extremely comfortable at the hotel- it was safe & secure lovely gym & access to a promenade for morning runs. The pool area was very nice with a cooling sea breeze. As a solo traveller I would recommend the hotel it was ideally located within 15min walking distance to Ibiza town/the bar area was relaxed & perfect to watch the sun set. My room was single occupancy perfectly clean & adequate with a mini fridge & coffee making facilities.

Couldn’t fault anything

The room was very nice with amazing view (see-view room). The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of fresh products. We asked for late check out and the staff helped us directly with that. The free spa was a plus.

The room could be a bit bigger or have a different planning; the desk and the bed were very very close to each other. The mini bar had only two beers, no selection of drinks-snacks. The gym can be improved.

Beautiful grounds, super comfortable and clean, friendly staff and the pool and sea view is stunning! Love the double sun beds and pool bar too, some great food and drinks on offer at really reasonable prices. The breakfast was also delicious and worth paying extra for, it works out better value (and more) for money than if you eat out but it was nice to have the option. Location-wise, this hotel is spot on. Only €15-17 taxi from the airport. Only a 15 minute walk to Ibiza town/old town with a few different routes to take with plenty of shops and restaurants, 20 minutes to the port if you want to get the ferry or a boat to other parts of the island. Lots of really great restaurants along the same sea front as the hotel too though so enough on your doorstep - we loved Little Ibiza and Alo for dinner, Retro Gusto serves a delicious breakfast too only 10 minute walk away. We would absolutely come here again!

We couldn’t fault it

Beautiful modern comfortable hotel. The pool is amazing with lots of cushioned sun loungers and good music playing all day that creates a nice relaxing atmosphere. The pool bar food and drinks were really good quality and very reasonably priced. The location is fantastic. So near the beach and old town but very quiet at night. We stayed on 4th floor and the view was incredible! The room wasn't very big but the balcony was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. shower was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again

The pillows could be a bit more comfortable but that's a personal preference. We got the small breakfast which was a good deal for €7.50 but I think the addition of some chopped fruits such as watermelon and cantaloupe melon and some berries would be great.

The hotel was great except for soundproofing

Soundproofing of rooms is a bit poor and I was constantly woken up by noises from both side neighbours. One neighbour was wearing high heels on the wooden floor and the noise was dreadful and it was very late.

The location of the hotel is excellent - a short walk and you are in the old city center (with a nice views on the way). The hotel was clean and the staff incredibly helpful (while I was waiting for my room to be ready they offered to store my luggage and give me a pool card). The pool area and gardens were clean and so was the pool itself (had a great swim). The music from the pool bar was great and also the poll staff amazing and helpful. and you could choose what you wanted (english, churos, fresh fruit, salami, juices, sweet, savory...).

Everything was great, I will definitely come back - the mattresses were a bit soft for my taste (but that's just personal preference). And for a while during my stay it was not possible to control the air conditioning - which I assume was because it was central (winter time) but that was changed during my stay.

This hotel is amazing. We were able to check-in early because the room was ready even before noon. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms are well-thought out and have everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable. The buffet breakfast is the very best we have ever experienced at a hotel. The quality and quantity are both top-notch. And all presented by very pleasant staff. The only thing that could even have been slightly better would to be on the top floor to enjoy the very best water views. We were on the third level with some palm trees in front. Still a satisfying view of the beautiful bay. We highly recommend staying here when on Ibiza. We loved it.

My husband said the indoor pool/jacuzzi set-up could have been better.

Location is great, just 15 minute walk from Ibiza Old Town. Poolside is great, fabulous views, great sun-beds and good little bar. Hotel is comfortable, clean and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, bright restaurant, great food. Standard room spacious and comfortable, with clean smart shower room. TV and wifi make it easy to relax in there. Security safe always useful too. Complimentary water is nice, not sure if it was every day or not.

Separate dinner restaurant feel unnecessary, and lacks atmosphere of breakfast restaurant. Food is excellent, and staff are great, but vibe is missing. Option to swap half-board dinner to bar restaurant would be good. Room key tags were a bit slow and temperamental.

Superb location, on the edge of the old town with plenty to eat/drink/shop. A couple of supermarkets 1-2 mins walk away for drinks and snacks. The pool location and view were 10/10.

The aircon was pretty lacklustre. No matter how cold we set the thermostat it never felt cooler than about 22C. The room access keys are actually on a wristband, which sounds handy for going to the pool etc, but the RFID chips were very temperamental particularly for getting back into the hotel from the pool.
