Room very good - clean and large Beach very good - chairs and nice bar. Wish the bar had stayed open later than 7pm Pool beautiful. Downside to this hotel is that there are no bars or restaurants outside. The hotel offers all inclusive but only one buffet restaurant and one smarter restaurant that you can book once a week but offers the same food as the buffet

The buffets were always so good, and the pool was beautiful.

The indoor pool, hot tub and spa area had weird, really short hours and was closed even on rainy days (when they said it would be open on rainy days). Which was really annoying. We also didn't like that we booked an all-inclusive that was supposed to include 2 free drinks for each of us every day and never got those. The mini fridge had beers and water in it and they replenished it every day, so we though the beers were the free drinks. But apparently we had to pay for those and the waters, which we found out at the end. Also, hardly anyone spoke much english so we had a hard time getting by, even though most of the signs were in English. It was also a very old crowd and we were there on our honeymoon hoping to make some friends, but there wasn't many people our age.

From the moment we arrived the staff couldnt have been more kind and helpful. My husband has had a new knee replacement and the reception staff were amazing helping me with luggage etc. We had a mobility scooter for my husband and the staff charged it every night. Everything and all the staff were very friendly & professional an amazing hotel we will return-

The location, the food & Staff. When we booked, there were no pool view apartments available, which is very important for my wife, and it was the 29th wedding anniversary. I spoke with the hotel before we went & they sorted it out for us and at no extra charge, although I was willing to pay. They even gave us a bottle of bubbles. I can't thank them enough, and I can recommend everything. Are long leisurely breakfast on the terrace each morning is another thing we always go back for, just so relaxing.

Getting a parking fine. You used to be able to park opposite the hotel but obviously not now. But it was my fault. I didn't see any signs.

FOOD WAS EXCELLANT, LOVERY WALK THOUGH PINE TREES TO GET TO THE BEACH AND ONLY TAKES A FEW MIN,S LOUNGING AROUND THE POOL. STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING, COULD NOT HAVE DONE MORE. THIS WAS NOT A ONE OOF AS WE HAVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES BEFORE. THIS YEAR AS IT WAS MY 60th BIRTHDAY, LAST YEAR IT WAS FOR WEDDING ANN AND ALL THE OTHER TIMES JUST TO SPOIL ARE .SHELFS

Overall I loved the Hotel. Staff were really nice. Lovely facilities and the gym was lovely as well. Very clean rooms and food was great. One of the ladies on Reception (Blonde Haired lady whose name I can't remember) was particularly helpful and even walked with me to a parking machine to help me pay a fine when I couldn't figure out how to do it. I really appreciated that very much and very unusual for someone at reception to be that helpful.

The only mix up I had was over the use of the Beds by the pool. I was not informed that they cost extra to use them - versus the standard sun chairs - though I am sure it was in the information or app - I just did not get to check it. It was a little embarrassing to have someone come up to me and tell me when I was using it rather than maybe have been told in advance as I would deem this basic important information. Though the person who notified me was polite all the same.

The hotel was not overly big so there is not a lot of confusion, it was easy to get a lounger on the pool and meal times were also easy. The breakfast was very good with a big selection. The activities and instructors were fun. The hotel has direct access to the beach that is not crowded since mostly people staying at the hotel go there. The location of the hotel is also pretty central but peaceful.

No other British guests staying. Advertised as a beach front hotel but charging 15 Euros for 2# Sunbeds and 1# umbrella on the beach. Drinks and food, during the day, over priced, unable to justify.

Clean, spacious, well maintained. Beautiful, unspoilt beach for miles.

Raw meat was cooked on the plancha at the same time as fish and veg. Although they kept them apart we think this is a hazard.
