Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. cooked or continental

when we go there they told us the parking garage was closed for repairs and we had to park elsewhere. As i had just driven 5 hours as was not happy. we were then told that the parking was free behind the hotel, but was unsupervised. as is well known foreign cars, especially UK cars are targeted in Spain. you are advised even on service stations never to leave your car unsupervised. there were many people tuning up with cars, some Spanish and some foreign. the hotel should have wrote out to customers and advised then the the garage was out of order, we could have then looked elsewhere for a hotel with attached parking. we eventually found an underground car park that was supervised overnight.

Very reasonable price, Fast check-in, friendly hard-working efficient staff, ultra clean throughout, great location near downtown Jaca and the Fortress/Citadel (6 min walk), quiet at night even if downtown, comfortable bed, free parking, seems to attract motorcycle riders and is ready to accommodate them (ie, me), reasonable price for breakfast at 10 euros, perfect for a one night overnight on a motorcycle tour like I was on

Quibbles only: Bathrooms in rooms are not the same renovation standard as room or lobby; hairdryer was dirty and cables were frayed (I don't use them anyway, but maybe for the hotel staff should have a look at them?), pool only opens June 1 even though in May it's warm/hot (33C on my arrival)

Touring on a motorcycle, stayed here many times as its always offered good VFM. Parking for the bike on site, if full there's a large allocated area right outside the gate for motorbikes. Rooms small but offer all that's needed including balcony over the main street; great for airing kit. Excellent breakfast, all you could wish for. Facilities ltd at this time of year, large outside area and pool for when it's warmer.

Great location near the older part of town. The free parking is limited but the hotel also has a covered paid car park at €10 per night. There are also two free car parks around the corner. 2/5:minute walk. The staff were very helpful in pointing this out and helping us even with our beginner Spanish 😃 The room size was fine. The buffet breakfast was good value at €10 per person!

The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the old town, the main attractions of Jaca, and some delightful walks. Yet it is super calm. There are plenty of spaces to relax and read, both in the hotel and in the pretty garden near the pool. There is lots to like about this hotel.

Twin beds, although we had requested a double. The restaurant food left something to be desired, though the service was excellent.

Great location. Very clean. Quality breakfast. Friendly. Had not realised the folk festival was on and we could see the parade from our balcony. No problems finding on street free parking if hotel carpark was full.

A couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice to sit out.

Motorcycle touring, stayed here twice before so a repeat booking. Always space to park a motorbike, rooms have a balcony so ability to vent the room and air kit. Breakfast is plentiful and reasonable value. Central location with easy walking to bars and restaurants. As always, the staff are welcoming and helpful.

Perhaps it's early in the season, but the outdoor pool area wasn't open, used previously to chill after a long ride.

The room was easily accessible from the lift and the air conditioning was on and the room lovely and cool. We had a small balcony and the view was across the town. Very quiet and peaceful considering the size of the hotel with easy access to the town centre. Also good parking for our motorbike. A good base for anyone looking to tour through the Pyrenees. Breakfast was very good as well with a great and varied selection available.

This is the same for most hotels in Europe, there were no facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room, ie no kettle!

Breakfast was good, an assortment of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, and good coffee. We liked the location because it was easy to find and had on-site parking.it is an old hotel but it felt comfortable.

Noone was at the desk when we arrived and so check in was delayed.

As a group of bikers we booked 2x twin rooms. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The view across the town was nice and the location was generally quiet. We got a good night's sleep.

There wasn't really a lot not to like. The shower head leaked which I fixed while in it. And that was about it.
