Reception check in was immediate and even though we thought we were early our room was ready and we were even given a choice of rooms. There was complimentary sweets and apples and water on reception and they also helped us locate buses back to train station for when we left

The outside of the building was a bit deceptive as it was a dull yellow colour and very plain beside the buildings surrounding it that had lovely cornicing etc but never judge a book cubits cover as the inside was a completely different experience. Very luxurious from the lobby right through to the corridors and the rooms

A large good value hotel on edge of the harbour and old town. A very nice location to stay..... this exceeded what I expected. Very nice open foyer and a cosy lobby bar area. Rooms are large and air conditioned with a small mini bar. A light meal in the lobby bar was of very good quality and the staff member was excellent. A cosy seating area here with television. Breakfast buffet is €13pp has selection of hot, cold platter, cereals, fruit and pastries. Mixed juices and tea coffee options. A good variety which makes the price good value.

Great location in one side of the old town of A Coruña. 10 minutes walk to the beach and a couple of minutes from the old town bars and shops. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished. Looked very neat and was spacious and comfortable. Member of staff were very kind and straight forwards when discussing options about car parking, type of bed and meals. We asked for a double room. We were clearly explained the pros and cons of this: double beds are located in rooms in a side of the hotel that faces a night life area, so likely to be more noisy over some nitqghs of the week. Parking across the road always had space and with the hotel deal it was 16 euros per day, and you could come in and out as many times as you wanted, which was very convenient. For someone who does not have diet limitations the buffet has plenty of options.

Indeed, there was noise from night clubs some nights. There was also noise in the corridor as the cleaning personnel stored their tools in the room next to ours and used to chat by our room early in the morning. I shorted out with earplugs. We used the breakfast buffet only once (13euros/person). As I can eat nor diary neither gluten, the choices were very limited for that price. They did have fresh fruit and nice tortilla. For someone who does not have diet limitations the buffet has plenty of options.

The hotel was clean and modern and was in a very good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early flight and our room was even ready early. Bed was comfortable; I was able to borrow an iron from reception. The bar area was nice and again the staff were friendly. We didn’t have breakfast so didn’t use the restaurant. We checked out early morning and staff member ordered us a taxi which arrived in minutes.

A parking is at the opposite of the hotel. For 16 euro per day (with discount from the hotel) you can park your car. The hotel is situated in a building which seems a bit dated but from the inside it is nice! The room is clean and the bed is good! There is a fridge and safe in the room. Airco is workin well and silent. Bathroom is with a shower but you have to stand in a bath. The breakfast is served on the first floor and and has everything! The location of the hotel is perfect. Near the shopping centre and the old town is on walking distance away. If you like ships it is a nice spot as cruiseships as they dock here.

The building on the outside is a bit dated

The hotel has a deal with a local Gym on the other side of the street and it was very cheap, 5 euro or so.

We had to change room for the second night. There was a lot of street noise coming through the window and it kind of felt like the window did not close 100%, there fore the noise. And no problem in regard to getting a new room on the other side of the hotel That being said- We paid almost double of what we paid at the other hotels on our 9 day trip from Bilbao to Porto and to be honest we didn't get double in return. Not saying that this one was bad at all, but the other 3 star hotels were pretty good.

I think i stayed here 8-9 times till now, and rooms were always clean , stuff is always kind, smiling and professional.. It is a great location to have a walk or to go to good restaurants on foot. Reception is always helpful. In my last visit , i forgot couple of things at my room, they kept them and wanted me to inform them before my next visit so they can deliver at check in. They did as they said. I want to thank them here as well

The room was a bit larger than expected. Very large and comfortable bed. An impressive restroom as well. From the airport, I took a bus, and stopped at "The Obelisk" 100 feet from the hotel entrance, for €1.50. Many places to eat within walking distance. Beautiful shopping area. The cruise ships dock 100 feet from the front of the hotel. The breakfast is huge, reasonably priced and clean. The A/C was strong and cool. I enjoyed my interactions with the professional staff.

i stay at the upper rooms and they are amazing. Since the hotel is right in the center of the city the higher you get the quiet the room is. Facilities are perfect and the locations of the hotel can't be any better. Breakfast is amazing!

for this trip i can't really say there was something that i didn't like

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere. Parking is in a car park opposite in a one way system so a little difficult to find your way back to the hotel after parking but nothing impossible. The public areas in the hotel are clean and modern, the rooms are dated but clean and the beds were comfy with clean linen. The staff were very helpful. Water and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be a nice addition
