Arrangements went well. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts varied and plentiful (self-serve) Great location near the "Old Town" with its many restarants and bars. Safe streets; a woman alone would feel entirely at ease.

My only criticism is the weird shower controls. The Right control twist-knob is not of the normal "Closed-Open" design, but reaches ""Zero-flow" halfway through its range of motion. Turn it further and the overhead shower head pours cold water on one's head. it is of no importance to a bilge-rat like self, but might disrupt a ladies hair-do!

We had a spacious suite with an amazing roof terrace with a view over the park to the sea. The room was on the 10th floor so was nice and quiet. It was beautifully decorated and a pleasure to be in. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and professional.

Breakfast was perfectly adequate but we were disappointed We have stayed at other Eurostars hotels where breakfast has been a real highlight!

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfy. Although the hotel space was quite small, it is very central. The beach is only a short walk and the underground car park is just outside the hotel entrance.

It was not very clear, specifically with the room types' title/name, whether a room has a view or not. I did not realise that I booked a courtyard one rather than one with an external view. Would have been very nice to see more of the city (from the inside and the comfort of our room) as we were only there for 2 nights.

The location was great, short walk to the old town and the beach. Close to the number 5 bus stop to the train station. We used the free taxi, arranged through Booking.com for getting from the airport, which was handy. We booked the suite with the balcony, which I thought was excellent value. It was useful to have the second room as my husband always wakes up before me. The massive balcony had good views, but sparse with just 2 chairs and a table. There is plenty of room for sun loungers, something a bit more comfy. Rooms ware spotlessly clean. I loved the very faint light in the bathroom, so that you didn't need to turn the bathroom light on if you used it during the night. We didn't try the breakfast.

The aircon would not go colder than 22c

It’s Missing an outdoor space like a terrace, but a great location means cafe’s and parks are only a 1 or 2 minute walk. My small Room was quite expensive for just a small single bed…but it was an August busy holiday time. Usual price is reasonable. Will Stay again off season.

The room was quite big with good distance between the sleeping area and the bathroom. The hotel is within walking distance from the old town. The (paid) car park is right next to the hotel. The staff was great.

The water pressure in the shower was not great. Parking is expensive (€16 per night). Breakfast was ok (including scrambled eggs and sausages), but too expensive for what you get (€13 per person).

Lovely clean hotel in a great location. Very nice reception girls that were always very helpful. We had a great room on 11th floor with a large terrace. Great buffet breakfast...nice touch having a free coffee machine available in the breakfast area at all times.

Couldn't fault it.

The place is excellent. There are many attractions and shopping options nearby. I recommend Picasso home-museum and fine art museum. The Hercules Tower I recommend to visit by the taxi. If you have a car - be prepared to spend some time for parking searching,

The street food may be dangerous. I recommend to eat in normal restaurants or KFC, Mac, etc. The parking nearby is slightly difficult to use. No restaurant in the hotel, there is only breakfast option.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early and they stored our bags. They even took the bags to the room when our room was ready (before we arrived back)! The room and bathroom were spacious. The location was great. The front desk staff just push a button for a taxi and it arrives within 60 seconds!

The A/C in our room (704) put out little to no air. Also, the window barely cracked open.

Excellent breakfast! Endless all-day cappuccinos! Fast elevators. Very helpful staff from arrival to departure. Excellent shower. Walking distance to my activities destinations. Excellent, fast, reasonably-priced taxi service to/from airport.
