The beds were very comfortable. The room was a good size and had good air conditioning. The bathroom was also spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. We loved the spa – even though it required payment (€12 for 1 hour), the pool exceeded our expectations: warm salt water with several fun features, like a waterfall and a hydromassage bed, and the ambiance is amazing, with sensor lights on for when you're walking by the side of the pool, but they turn off when you're in, leaving just the nice leds for relaxation. Breakfast was also very very good, many good options.

Large and funcional rooms, very good quality breakfast but unfriendly staff

Unfriendly staff. I was travelling with two old age persons with diabetes. They need always to carry with then their insuline in their personal refrigerated pouches. The staff kept telling them that no food should be stolen from the breakfast table and kept controlling their mouvements and their pouches . We had those remarks every day several time as at breakfast. In the evening we ordered a hot tea 30 minutes before the closing of the bar and we have been warned that we must clear the table in the following 20 minutes because they were closing.

Breakfast was good , but expensive if you only wanted a simple breakfast, also during the weekdays stopped to early.

The secure parking was good, but the entrance and exit were difficult to navigate with right angle bends especially for a larger car

Modern hotel with comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing restaurant. We asked for two single beds due to health reasons and we're very satisfied with the size of the room. The 5-course menu at the restaurant was exceptional, - fresh, creative, of high quality and excellent value. Many choices at breakfast, including cooked to order dishes. I must mention the French-speaking blonde server who was very attentive and efficient. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

Nothing really. Public parking may be difficult to find but we were lucky after 5 rounds on a Saturday night!

The hotel was fabulous. Great staff / property was kept immaculately clean. Great restaurant and bar as well as gem of a water treatment spa hidden in the lower level.

Everything was fantastic. The only issue had to do with our room. Not all suites described in the website are the same.

I was assigned an interior room as that's the layout of the hotel. When I requested a change, the staff was super helpful and immediately checked the ability to upgrade to a superior room, to get a first floor room that exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect as it is very central, and the bed was super comfortable to sleep in.

Very nice breakfast with a large availability window, perfect for both early starts and holiday lie ins. Also appreciated check out being at midday. Taxi rank right outside and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away for day tripping. Staff were always polite and friendly.

Unforuntaley our room smelt of cigarettes, despite us trying to keep the windows open when we could. The noise of the elevator was almost constant through the night which was disruptive. The roof top bar was not open for guest use. Instead it was hired out for a private party one night of our stay and the noise was ridiculous! Takes a solid 25 minutes to walk into the old town, often along busy roads if you want to get there directly. Which is fine as long as you're prepared for that and bring your comfy shoes.

The room was lovely and spacious and very clean. The bathroom was big, as well as clean, with a powerful shower but also a bathtub. I really appreciated that there was a refrigerator in the room. I also used the spa downstairs, which was heavenly.

The fitness room was very small and only had one treadmill (which was in use when I went), one cycle and a small selection of weights. I also couldn't use my key to get into the fitness room, I had to go downstairs to reception to ask for a different key card.

The rooms, beds and bathrooms are wide and confortable. Excellent breakfast, warm food was served from the kitchen. The location was good for our itinerary, close to the railway station, bus terminal, bus stop for access to the airport, and shopping centre. Easy access to the centre of city, restaurant area and Torre de Hércules by bus.

Hotel was very nice, good staff, nice big room, all amenities, decent location (not an issue for me, but about 20mins walk to the central restaurant areas and main beaches)

A bit of a delay checking in, advised we could check in early as on early flight, but didn't work out.
