Room (suite) was nice and spacious. Recently renovated. Staff was friendly. Our kids absolutely loved the pool.

Not much to complain about actually. If I have to mention one thing it would be that Breakfast was supposed to open at 8am but frequently opened 5 to 10 minutes later.

Firstly, we were incredibly impressed by the nice and helpful staff. For families, the entertainment for kids was a huge highlight. The variety of activities kept the children engaged and happy throughout our stay There was a good variety of dishes available at every meal, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Finally, the hotel's location was ideal. Being just a 10-minute walk to the beach was incredibly convenient, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wished. The proximity to local attractions and amenities further enhanced our experience.

Excellent family geared resort. From check in to check out- it was a great resort as a parent! Fantastic pools and facilities for children (5,8,10years old) Good entertainment every night with shows from magic, dancing etc. We had the 2 bedroom suite (6 of us- 3 adults, 3 children) very modern, slept very well, great storage and a little kitchenette area. Honestly don’t know how people could’ve ever given out about food (I’ve seen some comments) the food was great, huge variety, steaks cooked in front of you, burgers, lots of fish, breakfast- fresh omelettes and scrambled eggs etc. There was excellent choice.

Some of the staff were maybe just looking forward to the end of a busy season! But for the most, all the staff seemed very nice and looked like they got on well with each other.

Location was perfect and beautiful! Breakfast delicious! Dinner delicious!Lot of options which one to choose in every different day! Program was cool, and a pool with lot of atractions! Personal kind and helpful! Our family room was very big: 3 bedrooms, kitchen with equipment and tools, 2 toiletrooms , 2 terraces. Rooms were cleaned every day. Days we spent there were perfect! The early morning we had to leave, they covered breakfasttabel to us at 03.30, and had helped to order the taxi to the airport. Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Important to know is that this is all inclusive style hotel, it's big (many rooms) and a lot of facilities. Rooms are very specious, nice balcony. Rooms without sea view are more quite that the ones with the view (view is also on swimming pool side). There is indoor (small) swimming pool. There is arcade games rooms. I like there there is swimming pool bar and hotel bar with possibility to sit outside. There is also indoor parking - but you need to pay extra.

Breakfast it's mostly english breakfast, eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms etc. Coffee during breakfast is Nescafe - undrinkable, but coffee int the bar (paid extra) perfect. Drinks in the bar terrible (Mohito, Sex on the beach etc.) made from sugar syrups, undrinkable. Draft beer in the bar very good.

The hotel made the best impression with its green area, swimming pools, children's water park, and delicious food. The view from the room was great too. It is also worth noting the professionalism of the hotel reception (especially Ms. Gail). This is probably the best hotel choice for a vacation with children in Lloret de Mar. There were not enough sockets in the living room (for example, near the table in the living room) or in the kitchen (there was only one). We didn't use the kitchen appliances, so it didn't affect our stay. The water in the outdoor pools was quite cool in September. Apparently, only the indoor pool was heated.

A real family friendly hotel. Fantastic pool facilities and great kids club all day. Breakfast had huge variety, definitely the freshly made omelettes and pancakes were a big hit. Great modern suite apartment, with nice sized master bedroom. Each day room was cleaned and beds remade, fresh towels left in. Gail the receptionist was very helpful.

Great to have night time performances put on by the hotel but these were way too late considering most of the audience were families. Definitely shows should be at 7.30 or 8. Not 9.30 and definitely not like 10 one of the nights. Lloret de mar was a bit touristy and lacked the historical charm of other European sun holidays I've been on but if looking for sun and beach it's a great choice.

Wonderful staff, they genuinely wanted to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, from the front desk to the service staff, the kids club & housekeeping, they were all so friendly and helpful. The location is 10 mins walk from Fenals beach, and with the fantastic hotel pools there’s plenty to do for families. I found the beds to be so comfortable. I’m a single parent travelling with a 4 year old, and everything was in easy reach by foot. Breakfast buffet generous and had lots of variety! We caught 2 shows on the weekend, both very entertaining, the circus show in particular was quality. Would recommend and return.

Housekeeping great and made up the room with fresh towels etc when we wanted, however the floors could be a little cleaner - a dustpan and brush would be appreciated in the kitchen - also a sharper knife, cork screw and dish cloth, (the set up is a little basic). Air con worked when you wanted to, and when you didn’t, we just went with it. I agree that the evening show could be earlier so families could enjoy them before bedtime. Mini club staff and activities great, but there definitely needs to be some more actual toys to play with in there.

It was hot in de suite.. de airconditioner does not goes below 20 degrees and wasn’t working properly .. If we was deep in the summer I don’t know if we could of stay there.. We was thinking of upgrading to All in clusive but The “All in clusive” isn’t everything included which is weird. You need to pay for more then half of the drinks on the menu by the pool and with dinner you don’t get free drinks at all, not even water, so the All in clusive concept is pointless here

Fantastic outdoor pools, well maintained outside. Very quiet and well run. Ideal for kids. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was fine and apartment had a lovely balcony. Cooking facilities were adequate, no complaints.

My only gripe are the two sofas, which I struggled to sit on because of back problems. The back support on these sofas was not good, just a poor design I think. They're great to lie on, but we found them uncomfortable for sitting.
