We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the old town, on the main plaza, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and just steps from the Roman wall. The biggest surprise was the room — we received a very generous courtesy upgrade, and the room was huge! Spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in Lugo. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect base for exploring this beautiful historic city. We would definitely stay here again!

I think the value for the money you pay is the best of this hotel. The hotel is a kind of old school hotel, but renovated enough to keep it comfortable, up to date with the latest facilities like a nice Internet and television. The location is almost perfect, close to the Cathedral and main square, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. My room had a lovely balcony that in summer can be a dream to use it looking the area around. They also have a very nice restaurant in the hotel in the last foor, with reasonable prices that you can use as well.

Nothing relevant to say or I can remember. The paid breakfast is a bit expensive compared to the room prices, but there are many options around that you can enjoy for cheap.

It has a great location in the city center and an amazing restaurant on the top floor (worth visiting even if you are not staying at the hotel). The staff was very nice and helpful and allowed us to store our backpacks after check-out to explore the city. The room was nice and clean. Overall it's a great stay in Lugo.

Lugo is a pretty rainy place, so some of the hallways were a bit damp and you could see some mold on the walls, but not in the room.

We contacted hotel before arriving about access to drop off cases at hotel as it is in a pedestrian only street. We were given very helpful instructions and nearest parking too. We stayed for one night. Our room was on the second floor was large with a good size bathroom with a bath and shower in the bath which was surprisingly good. Restaurant is on top floor but just had breakfast there which was good. Hotel is a perfect location as it is within the city walls and perfect for sightseeing, especially as we only had one afternoon/evening. Very lively/vibrant streets very near to hotel for a great evenings entertainment of food, drinks and people watching!

Other reviewers mentioned the hotel could do with an upgrade, I can see their point although for our one night it was perfectly fine for us and didn’t affect our stay in any way……and a good price too.

It was conveniently located, clean, and the cleaning service was outstanding. Leave the room for an hour with a sign saying, please make up the room, and when you come back, it is done!

If you have a normal hearing, this may not be your first choice. A guitar playing troubadour takes his position underneath the hotel at about 7:30 in the morning every day then plays the same three chords, and the same to songs for hours. the street is quite busy, including in the middle of the night with merry makers and street cleaners. The hotel can do nothing about the latter all the one wonders why they don’t give the troubadour the big heave hoe.

Great location and while the room was basic it was clean comfortable and modern ! Loved the bar fridge with two water

It was a bit hot but I just had difficulties with figuring out the thermometer

Good room and location for 2-4 people. We were able to get connecting rooms with our children next door. the balcony from the rooms gives a nice view to the street and wall!

would prefer a terrace bar on the room instead of an "enclosed" restaurant.

Excellent central location with a wonderful view from our balcony and from the dining area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Wide choice of food at breakfast. Only one thing missing, we would have preferred natural, unsweetened yoghurt.

Excellent location for all the sights in the historic city. Easy to access in to the city with underground parking . spacious room with accessible bathroom. Lift in to hotel from entrance plus ramp for my small mobility scooter. Changed the pillow for a more comfortable one. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast could of had more choice no scramble eggs .

Fantastic hotel, very spacious, cozy and great designed room, super comfy beds, clean! The view of my room was WOW… I requested for higher floor and sunny room, I got all that! Windows faced to the Cathedral!… Staff is professional. Wonderful roof top restaurant, abundant breakfast! A stayed there two nights, having my day off Primitivo walk, it was definitely , the best place on whole my Camino! If I pass through Lugo, I will stay there again! Highly recommend, 10/10!
