most the staff were really nice and friendly and helpful, easy access 24/7

One member of staff had a bad attitude because we said we didn't want our room cleaning and it is far from the city and the motion sensor light in the toilet didn't work right when you went in it went dark but when came out the light went on

For the given price everything was great! The staff is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, the only thing that was not so great was the location, I did not immediately understand this when planning the trip, but in the end even this minus for me personally was a plus, because there was a park with slides nearby, I needed it for training, and an excellent restaurant right across the street, a store nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights while driving down from benidom to santander to catch the ferry back to ireland with 2 dogs and wanting to break up the journey and see madrid the location was perfect because the metro took us straight into the heart of madrid withing 20 minutes, so we didn't have to drive because we weren't that confident driving in big cities, The hotel welcomes dogs and for a budget hotel it was great ,clean, friendly staff with supermarket across the road and a big park to walk the dogs its really was a great pitstop for us, we will definitely stay here again on the long drive back down through spain

The hotel was very good overall, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms were tidy and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests or questions.

The location was outside the city, which was a deliberate choice on our part.

Lodging. The room is not so spacious but it is not uncomfortable, the bed is very comfortable and pleasant. I have no complaints, everything was great. I stayed 2 nights. Location. It is quite far from the center of Madrid, but nearby is the bus station that takes you to the metro. Therefore it is easy to get to the center. Meal. There are restaurants nearby. But at the hotel they offer a buffet at a cost of €7.5. They serve cereals, bread, ham, cheese, coffee, chocolate, oranges, fruits.

+ breakfast for 7€ is a good deal + shower and waterpressure + room looks new and clean + receptionists speak english + location: for my purpose was ok

- - automatic light in the toilet switch off after 3 seconds. That was really annoying. And the door closes too if you dont block it with your shoes or luggage. - no power socket next to the bed - noise from the corridor and a bit from the street but able to cancel with earplugs - bed shakes when the neighbours close their doors - location: if you want to do sightseeing and you are without private transportation you dont want to stay here

Comfortable, clean room with the basics. Great shower. Reception friendly.

Two different members of staff overcharged my card twice by several hundred euros. Was refunded, but frustrating. Perhaps just needing to pay a bit closer attention. Location pretty far away from city centre, but I knew that.

Room: as expected of Ibis. We slept comfortably so it's okay for us. Asked one of the receptionist the quickest way to metro Sierra Guadalupe, and her advised was walk for about 20 minutes o_o. The hotel can be reached by bus no130 from behind Sierra Guadalupe station, get off at Hormigueras Mirevate and walk around 5 minutes to hotel. Laundromat in hostal Welcome right across the hotel.

Electric kettle in the room for hot drink in winter? The toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is not very comfortable for us. Breakfast: we only ate 1 time, the grapes are not fresh

No local restaurants working evenings Monday to Wednesday..but you can get an okay pizza at the hotel. The strange bedroom layout with toilet, shower and washbasin in separate spaces.. the automatic light in the loo which requires a wave of the arm to reignite every couple of minutes. The lift that has a mind of it's own ...

Excellent value. Very clean. Delightful staff. No frills and not in a touristy part of town, but a good location for my needs.

For me it was great - but this is a no frills hotel. It's in an industrial park and not very close to the metro. But if you need a good, clean comfortable place with very friendly staff....this is great. Don't expect to walk to any tourist attractions, but there is an Aldi and Burger King within walking distance.
