Well organized fitness focused property with a helpful teams both at the hotel and tennis coaching. Great gym and spa facilities we could utilize as part of our accommodation.

Too few service staff in the restaurants, resulted in delays to order and or service and or clearing of tables to accommodate high volume periods. Maybe consider frequent (3 hourly) shuttle service for guests into Manacor town, or sightseeing areas in and around the town, also to nearly coastal towns and Palma. Maybe post or notify guests (other than players on 360) of general activities (tennis and others) that guests could consider during the day and sign up for.

The Tennis Court (and Paddle) facilities were excellent. Really well maintained and of great standard. The coaching teams are incredible for players of all abilities. I am beginner stages and left the camp with so many great tips and tricks. The accommodation was great also. The bedding was so comfortable - was that the quality of the bedding materials, or the fact I was so tired and exhausted from playing so much tennis? Perhaps a mix of both. The Spa facility was superb. Breakfast was fantastic. I ate a freshly made omelette each morning with cereal. I also drank orange juice and coffee. Tables were difficult to acquire at peak times.

* The 2-hour training camp was great but I would have enjoyed if there were more activities throughout the day to participate for greater value for money. * There was no coffee machine in my room, only instant coffee.

It's super modern and any tennis players dream. The facilities are incredible. The staff and the coaches are all super friendly. When you walk around the site smells beautiful. And all the restaurants are good quality food at reasonable prices. The Rafa Museum entry included with the price was very appreciated - it's a wonderful experience. Gracias Rafa.

We didn't like: - the shower smelt like a drain all the time which made the room smell - the automatic lights in the bathroom area woke the other person up when using the facilities in the night as there is no door on the bathroom. We would hate to be staying with someone with a weak bladder! - the mattress on the bed wasn't soft enough for anyone with broad shoulders - Ouwch - the jacuzzi etc in the spa are all just luke warm temperature, unlike in the UK where they are all warm enough to soak muscles properly. That was a surprise.

Groups of kids making noise in the corridor - they should separate better the kids groups from adult groups. WC is not properly separated from the room, just a glass which reduces privacy. The bus stop from the airport stops a bit far away from the Nadal center. Being this the most important attraction in Manacor, it should have its own bus stop.

This place is such a haven for fans of Rafa Nadal like me. Even if I did not book any sports or spa activities as I could only stay overnight, I enjoyed my stay very much. The access to the museum is included with my booking and I liked the food I ordered at the restaurants. Breakfast also had a very extensive spread. The room itself was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. I also liked that I could shop for merchandise any time I wanted.

Experience of the actual place was excellent..although. Unfortunately..although I thought I had booked for 2 people to have lessons .as it says in your booking .the wording is very misleading as only one of us was able to take part in the coaching sessions..and I had to pay an Extra £149 for my partner to join in. This and the hassle to organise it .spoilt the Birthday celebrations .

Great padel (& of course tennis) facilities. Gym, Spa, Food, everything in one complex. The a la carte food is good.

Rafa should ask Roger for a Bircher Muesli recipe! :) The muesli at the breakfast looks horrible. Buffet food is not recommendable, especially the starters are super cold, it's out of the fridge. Not freshly made. They are not very flexible with the seating outdoors. If you want to sit in the lounge you cannot order food. The spa can be quiet busy.

Excellent breakfast buffet with diverse food. Hot food was kept on the right temperature. Dinner buffet also very reasonably priced and same as breakfast very diverse and good temperatures. Facilities are great, although the padel courts (especially the nets) are in need of better maintenance.

The nets at the padel courts are in need of maintenance or replacement. The rooms are quite noisy, I could hear the person next to me in the shower with music on or people talking in the hallway. However during the night there was no problem with excessive noise. Also I had a leak in the shower, making water slowly escape to the rest of the bathroom. Since it didn't bother me that much, I waited till check-out to share this at the reception.

Amazing facilities and great tennis atmosphere. So convenient to have everything in one place. Tennis coaching was excellent. Food was nice as well.

Not that easy to find information about daily activities. It would be good to have just 1 app to centralise everything (restaurant booking, tennis court booking, spa booking, sports classes etc...)

We came for the tennis coaching and had a great experience. Sessions high intensity and varied each day. Everywhere modern and very clean. Staff welcoming and helpful. Good location. 20 mins stroll into town. 15 mins drive to the nearest beach. Excellent breakfast buffet selection.
