Rooms are newly renovated, interior style of the room, spacious balcony with great view (we got a room with seaview), buffet for both breakfast and dinner are pretty good with a lot of different options on different days. The hotel has a beautiful (public) beach right in front of it you can even get there directly from the pool / restaurant area, and is not far from a little hiking spot so that's another fun activity in walkable distance.

We might need to try a different time of the year next time but end of September is mainly for a different age group than us, so we felt a bit less belonging there. The room has limited facilities such as water kettle, need to pay for a fee to borrow one. It was a pity the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel is always so crowded.

2 minor things.. Pillows to hard for me. Towel card and room card same colour.... Not good when had a few drinks and trying to use your towel card to get back in room.. 😁

Perfect location with excellent sea views. Large room and spacious balcony overlooking the pool all the way to the sea. Big bathroom and lovely walk in shower. Plenty of cupboard space. Soundproof rooms allowing for a peaceful sleep. The food and services in the restaurant were excellent. Great live entertainment every night. Pool exercises sessions each day were really good. The SPA facilities excellent and Mayra was an amazing masseuse. The thermal area also excellent. Large indoor heated pool sauna steam room all available to use freely. Lovely hotel and staff. We can highly recommend and will book again, but next time we will stay longer!

No room service and no coffee/tea facilities in the room. The TV volume was set at very soft.

Really good standard throughout. Newly renovated rooms with a lovely interior, very fresh bathrooms and a gorgeous sea view. The fact that the hotel is situated almost on the beach is amazing and gives the option to enjoy both swimming in the pool and the sea during the day. The animation team in charge of all the activities is wonderful and super funny, doing a great job getting the hotel guests in a good mood!

The pool bar isn't really a 'pool' bar. They serve drinks but no snacks/light food and it's tucked away in the corner far away from the swimming pool so it doesn't give that 'holiday vibe' feeling around the pool area. It was also quite poorly staffed at times and could definitely use one more bartender during 'peak hours'. I would also recommend playing some enjoyable lounge music by the pool, the atmosphere feels a bit 'flat' otherwise. You could tell how much people were enjoying hearing the music i.e. when the aqua gym session was on. None of this made my stay worse, just recommendations to make the hotel experience even better!

Perfect location and easy to get to and from the aAirport by bus. The stop is right infront of the hotel. Staff were extremely professional, kind and helpful..every single one of them.. Birgit I met at the reception upon check in.. such a great welcome and representation of the hotel. Sunbeds are plenty and enough for everyone. Beach is right there.. Amazing beach.. never too full. So much food to choose from during breakfast and dinner… you will not miss something to enjoy. The staff members are truly Amazing. Sea view room is big, super clean and breathtaking view. I truly enjoyed my stay. Check in and check out was very smooth

One of the best buffet restaurant I have ever experienced. Both breakfast and dinner are plenty of choice and quality is very high. Sea view room has a great view with palms and swimming pool as background. Staff very kind and helpful. Common spaces and room super clean. Even though internal parking was full, no problem to find free parking on nearby streets.

Rooms not greatly soundproof, you could hear people walking and talking in the corridor (no problem from the balcony though). Drinks not included at dinner with the half board option and generally a bit overpriced. I would include at least a water dispenser like for breakfast.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was delightful. The breathtaking sea view from our room added a touch of magic to our vacation, and the evening show program provided excellent entertainment. The birthday surprise arranged by the hotel staff was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. The bar served top-notch cocktails, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The very slow elevator, tested our patience at times. Additionally, during peak hours, the buffet could have been replenished faster to prevent food shortages and queues. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a very pleasant vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hipotels Mediterraneo Hotel, and it was truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with outstanding service and warm, friendly smiles from all of the hotel staff. They were always eager to help, making me feel right at home from the start. One of the highlights of my stay was the dinner buffet. The selection was incredible, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a delight, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation and presentation. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the swimming pool, was spotless. It’s evident that cleanliness is a top priority here, as everything was impeccably maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The location of Hipotels is also superb - just a stone’s throw away from the beach! It was so convenient to be able to walk over and enjoy the sun and sea anytime I wished. Overall, I can’t recommend Hipotels enough. The excellent service, clean facilities, and prime location made my stay perfect. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!

wow! What an amazing stay! we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed after eight days of walking in in Barcelona and Madrid. this property was immaculate and had some in every corner! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were large with two sinks and an amazing shower! the balcony boasts beautiful views even at Floor 1. The spa was a delight and even had indoor pool, sauna, and gym!

a few minor things: no iron in the room and the hair dryer was not powerful like the ones I experienced in Barcelona and Madrid. I also would have liked for the beach loungers and umbrellas to be included in the cost but they were a VERY reasonable cost regardless and included a safe for your belongings if you want to walk around.

Wonderful hotel right at the beach and newly renovated. Clean and wonderful staff. All rooms face the beach but some of them have limited view to the sea. The hotel has pretty much all you need for a great vacation at the beach. Very well located, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the bus takes you right to the airport. Good selection of great (but not amazing) food for breakfast and dinner and the restaurant staff is very friendly. It has another restaurant for lunch, a nice bar and entertainment every/most of the evenings. Overall a very good and beautiful hotel to spend your holidays at. For the right price I would definitely stay again here.

The opening hours for some of the facilities are quite inconvenient. The outdoor pool is open until 18:00 only and the gym is open until 20:00. It would be nice to have the gym at least open for longer than that, lots of hotel have it open until 23:00, midnight or even 24/24. Personally when I come to a beach vacation I prefer to spend less time inside and spend more time outside during the sunny hours so going to the gym later at night works much better. Dinner starts at 18:30 so that doesn't leave you with too much time to go to the gym after dinner. Also I've noticed that it's a thing to not have water included in your room on Mallorca as most hotels keep this trend on the island but it's a bit ridiculous to try to profit on water in a 4 star hotel
