The location is wonderful. Overall, the room was good, and AC worked well. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel did accommodate my request regarding room location. The breakfast and dinner were good.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved (there were hairs from previous guests on the bathroom floor). I would have appreciated free drinking water by the pool. I had a half-board, but with the price I paid, it would have been nice not to spend extra money to go out and buy water. The same goes for dinner - i don't mind paying for soft drinks at dinner, but it would have been nice to have still water without paying 3,50€.

Rooms are newly renovated, interior style of the room, spacious balcony with great view (we got a room with seaview), buffet for both breakfast and dinner are pretty good with a lot of different options on different days. The hotel has a beautiful (public) beach right in front of it you can even get there directly from the pool / restaurant area, and is not far from a little hiking spot so that's another fun activity in walkable distance.

We might need to try a different time of the year next time but end of September is mainly for a different age group than us, so we felt a bit less belonging there. The room has limited facilities such as water kettle, need to pay for a fee to borrow one. It was a pity the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel is always so crowded.

Beautiful hotel, great sea view, food wasnt my cup of tea but the choice was huge. Staff were kijd and helpful. We didnt go anywhere as we wanted to relax and this hotel has everything you need for a full werk of dolce far niente. Clean areas everywhere, no smell in any of the restrooms. Like a luxury hotel against their 4 stars qualification. Majority were german guests, no party animal brits in this hotel which is an absulote plus because brits stayed in the neighbouring hotels. This hotel is recommended for those who want a relaxing holiday around quiet and cultured people. No baby cries is a blessing. Direct line bus to palma and to the airport. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Animation, aqua aerobics, piano concert, all was great. If you are hungry during the night you can go to the restaurant and have soke food as they make cold bites available free of charge.

There was no private beach, though it was just next to the beach so wasnt an issue. We walked from the pool area to the beach in swimming short, didnt pay for the sunbeds at the beach because after swimming in the sea we walked back to the pool area. The only negative is the dinner when we were asked to change the table as that was for 4 even tho the restaurant was half empty. The bike and car rental.is a bit expensive.

Elegant accommodation with spacious rooms, stunning views, and a beautiful sea. The selection at both breakfast and dinner is abundant.

One thing unfortunately detracted from the experience. Although the rooms (and balconies) are non-smoking, unfortunately many guests ignore this rule. And since the balconies are relatively small and only separated by low walls, the balcony is constantly filled with cigarette smoke. If we leave the balcony door open, the smell also fills the room. As non-smokers, this is extremely disturbing! During our stay, we were affected by this from both the left and right neighbors. We reported the issue to the reception, and they said they would speak to the guests, but unfortunately, nothing changed.

Breakfast was mostly the same every day, but it was very good. The dinner menu changed daily and was generally good, with a wide variety of options, though it did have some drawbacks. For example, some meat dishes (such as the beef steak) were subpar, and many desserts looked better than they tasted. On the other hand, the fruit was always perfect! The hotel itself stood out as the best in the area. The location was also very nice, but the surroundings could feel a bit boring if you enjoy long strolls and sightseeing.

It would be good if they offered water on the house because we had to go to the shop daily.

It was my second time in this hotel. I had chosen it after an excellent experience last year. The hotel has delivered in consistent quality: the rooms are modern and clean, the seaside view is stunning (especially at sunrise), the pool is calm (no children, no constant animation or music), there are enough sun beds for everyone (even when the hotel is full) and the food buffet is excellent in its price range (with daily variations). Kudos to the staff who work very hard to make things happen. I especially thank Xisca who made my day upon arrival for fixing a wrongly booked room (the mistake was mine but she fixed it with great creativity; thanks!!!).

A minor nuisance is that more and more guests are starting to build “tents" by hanging towels and beach sheets on the pool umbrellas with plastic clips. The beautiful view is entirely ruined and the hotel's poolside is looking more and more like a refugee tent camp. On two occasions, the tent of my neighbour was hanging 50cm from my face.

2 minor things.. Pillows to hard for me. Towel card and room card same colour.... Not good when had a few drinks and trying to use your towel card to get back in room.. 😁

Perfect location with excellent sea views. Large room and spacious balcony overlooking the pool all the way to the sea. Big bathroom and lovely walk in shower. Plenty of cupboard space. Soundproof rooms allowing for a peaceful sleep. The food and services in the restaurant were excellent. Great live entertainment every night. Pool exercises sessions each day were really good. The SPA facilities excellent and Mayra was an amazing masseuse. The thermal area also excellent. Large indoor heated pool sauna steam room all available to use freely. Lovely hotel and staff. We can highly recommend and will book again, but next time we will stay longer!

No room service and no coffee/tea facilities in the room. The TV volume was set at very soft.

Nice good sized room that overlooked the sandy beach. The food in this hotel is amazing. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, nice pool, facilities, and plenty of things to do, if you want. I have stayed here many times before, the staff are friendly and they hav thought of everything you need/want for a perfect relaxing holiday. Also, the local bus stop is right outside the hotel making it easy to get around and see other places on the island.

Really good standard throughout. Newly renovated rooms with a lovely interior, very fresh bathrooms and a gorgeous sea view. The fact that the hotel is situated almost on the beach is amazing and gives the option to enjoy both swimming in the pool and the sea during the day. The animation team in charge of all the activities is wonderful and super funny, doing a great job getting the hotel guests in a good mood!

The pool bar isn't really a 'pool' bar. They serve drinks but no snacks/light food and it's tucked away in the corner far away from the swimming pool so it doesn't give that 'holiday vibe' feeling around the pool area. It was also quite poorly staffed at times and could definitely use one more bartender during 'peak hours'. I would also recommend playing some enjoyable lounge music by the pool, the atmosphere feels a bit 'flat' otherwise. You could tell how much people were enjoying hearing the music i.e. when the aqua gym session was on. None of this made my stay worse, just recommendations to make the hotel experience even better!
