The hotel is great all round, big rooms, comfortable bed, multiple pools, gym, bars, outdoor terrace. Location is amazing. 20 minute walk to the port along the beach, 5 mins in the taxi to the old town. Can’t wait to return! The breakfast is stunning and Martha couldn’t be more helpful and super friendly. Top marks all round

Good location between the centre of the city and Puerto Banus. The receptionists were really nice. We couldn't have slept better since the beds were one of the most comfortable we've ever had and there was no noise. Breakfast had so many options, everything was delicious and even if you had a request, they would accept it without hesitation. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day.

There is no privacy in the toiltet since there is no door and I was shocked (Premium room) and nothing to clean the toilet (a detail but still important that can easily be fixed), also I spotted a lot of ants in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Eurostars Oasis, the hotel is brand new and modern with spacious rooms. What really stood out was the staff, they were so welcoming and friendly. With it just opening a few months ago they are all working really hard to build a great reputation, looking for feedback and going above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay. We booked an “Oasis Premium with Terrace” room which was on the ground floor facing the main entrance and set back from the road. The road wasn’t noticeable as the view was of a small garden area with privacy screen and the road is very quiet, we were very happy with our room. This side of the hotel was in the shade so if you want a room facing the sun ask for a pool side room. The sea view rooms are on the top floor with terraces. The hotel is not on the sea front so the view of the sea is in the distance over other the top of other buildings. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and golden mile promenade, and there is a supermarket round the corner. The location overall is excellent as it’s a lovely walk in either direction down the beach - about 20 minutes to Porto Banus, an hour to the Old Town. There are plenty of options to get about too - buses, Uber (always < 10 min wait) and an hourly ferry between Porto Banus and Marbella Town. The hotel had a good continental breakfast with a few hot items and more choices on request. We went Bed & Breakfast which I think most guests had done too, and there are so many great options to eat out nearby. The pool and hotel lounge bar were nice quiet places to relax, and Carlos makes a great Margarita :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay to all the team at the Eurostars that make our holiday so memorable!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Eurostars Oasis Hotel in Marbella and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. A special mention must go to Daniel, Marta, and Marina, who were absolutely exceptional throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable—especially when it came to accommodating our 3-year-old, who can be quite a fussy eater. They were patient, kind, and always ready with a helpful suggestion or a little extra to make him smile. The pool and facilities were top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and family fun. Our room was excellent: spacious, modern, and with a large balcony that made the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. All in all, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay!

The pool would be even better if it was heated! Other than that nothing it was all fantastic!

The hotel is just amazing! It’s modern and very clean, it has a nice design and is located in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! big bed and a sofa bed for the kids, we had a spacious terrace with comfy and stylish furniture! The breakfast was a full verity of choice, everyone will find something and a huge plus for serving the cava as well 😁 we also enjoyed the drinks from the pool bar and food from the restaurant, the guacamole is fantastic!!! And last but not least the pool and the pool area, we couldn’t wish for a better place to relax

Very clean, very open, There is a lovely pool, the Bali Beds by the pool were perfect, they’re really comfy, and there’s a great set up by the pool, so you can have some drinks and your book or whatever entertainment. The breakfast was lovely, great options. Lovely big rooms and large balcony. I liked how there were sun loungers on the balcony so I could relax while staying out of the peak sun hours. There is an Aldi next door, which is great if you just want to grab a few bits . Staff are lovely and so helpful, really friendly and accommodating . The bed was so comfortable.

It’s a bit far out of the centre, good if you want a bit more of a chilled stay but just be Prepared to either figure out the local bus stop timetable or spend a good amount of money on Ubers. I also would’ve preferred if the room cleaning happened a little bit later in the day. We found it was around 11 o’clock just after breakfast so we felt we couldn’t go back up to a room after breakfast and just relax and get ready for the day, we had to be out and ready to head off. It’s only a small thing. I’d say it’s fine if your early risers. Maybe a bit of music playing in the evening around the pool/lounge would be nice too had a bit of atmosphere.

Very strange location behind a very busy main road and a row of showrooms selling furniture/mattresses etc. Nothing nearby except an Aldi. No cafes, shops or restaurants in the area. Very long walk to Puerto Banus or Marbella which meant constant taxis to go anywhere.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, facilities are fantastic and all staff were very smiley, friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely with big comfortable loungers. I found the hotel really quiet and peaceful which was lovely for us. I thought the addition of conditioner, a shaving set and toothpaste & tooth brushes in the rooms was a nice touch as it’s one less thing to remember to pack! The rooms are a great size with spacious balconies and the bed was huge and really comfortable.

A couple of small things, firstly, this isn’t a fault of the hotel but something to note, you need to get taxis / Ubers everywhere as it is basically in the middle between old town and Puerto Banús and unfortunately with the motorway, it’s hard to walk to either place, taxis are not too expensive but it does add up. Secondly, for such a new, modern hotel at the price we paid for it I would have expected a smart TV in the room to access Netflix etc. We didn’t want to go out every night and it would have been good to have the option to sit in and watch tv. While I thought the bar food was nice, I thought it was very over priced.

Nice relaxing hotel. Facilities good with nice pool, comfy sunbeds and good pool bar serving drinks and lunch. Breakfast good although we didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner as this looked a little limited. Plenty of dinner options within walking distance though. Best part was that the hotel is relatively small and civilized meaning there was no panic rush for the sunbeds in the morning and breakfast was nice and relaxing with food in plenty supply. Shout out to Samera the cleaning lady and the pool bar staff who were really friendly.

Maybe it was the time of the year (May) however the Terrace Bar was dead in the evening. Would have been nice to come back after a meal out and have some drinks on the terrace in a chilled atmosphere. It's a nice terrace bar so just needs a lounge DJ to create the right ambiance
