Property looked nice and was clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice and big overlooking the sea.

The main Restaurnt is inside so you can’t eat outside, it was a little hot and too enclosed for being on the med. We were all inclusive but there are so many restrictions. For example tonic water, the one included was flat from a pump, to have bottled tonic that was fizzy you had to pay. Same with pool snacks, very limited, you could not get a substantial salad that was included, it was mainly chips or toasties. First time I have been to a hotel and had so many restrictions, I would not bother next time, just pay as you go. The hot breakfast section was cold all three mornings, cold scrambled eggs are not good.

Excellent quality property, well maintained and decorated with style. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and of good quality. Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of champagne or water, and the reception staff walked us to our room. I have visited many 4- and 5-star properties in Spain; for a 4-star property, it is among the best I have stayed at, highly recommended.

Dinner buffet, is not recommended. Dinner was not included in our rate, at €18 per person, it was not expensive but the quality and taste were not at par with the rest of our experience of the hotel.

Great spaces with big rooms everywhere (waiting room, cantine, halls, pool, bedrooms). Food had incredible quality. Wasn't expecting that level for an all-inclusive, but I'm really impressed and more than satisfied with their offer (options and quality). Spa has an additional price, but totally worth it. Bonus: they offer a glass of cava for welcoming.

The entrance is on a higher level than the reception (hotel is situated on a hill), and the elevator in place between these floors could be changed (very slow and not functioning properly). Everything else in the hotel works very well and all other elevators are fine. However, the one from the entry is needed for the luggages and is your first & last impression.

This is what I wrote last year and this year surpassed that. “From the welcoming smile at reception, with a complimentary glass of cava, everything about this hotel felt special. The friendliness of all the staff, the cleanliness of all rooms and communal spaces, the spaciousness of the bedroom, the quality and quantity of the food on offer and the value for money all helped to make this a truly wonderful experience. We definitely intend to repeat our visit next year.” We came here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we really couldn’t have chosen a better place.

Dinner was excellent.The food, particularly the meats were of a good standard which isn't always the case in buffets. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The staff were very efficient and pleasant in the bar and restaurant.

Having to pay to use the indoor pool/ spa - given the hotel was virtually empty and the outdoor pool isn't heated and the weather wasn't very hot it would have seemed a nice gesture to allow clients to use the indoor pool. I asked for a quiet room but was given one backing on to the road. The hotel is located right on the edge of the resort so without a car it was a bit isolated.

BedRoom spacious the bed was comfortable we had a nice bathroom with bath and shower.Hotel is in a quiet location. Restaurant had a good selection for Breakfast lunch and evening meal. Nice swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.

We would have liked Coffee/ Tea making in our room or a least available 24hrs from a machine in the reception area. The pool area is lovely only negative for us was the music too loud and playing from morning to late afternoon.Restaurant food could have been hotter.

The staff were all excellent. The waiting staff, the chefs, the reception staff and the spa staff, especially Amalia, she is a great massage therapist and I would highly recommend a treatment (I'm also a massage therapist and she really is great). Food is great, really good value for money, parking is free. What more do you need. They have also made improvements to the small gym downstairs which is great and perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the balcony and that there was a clothesline to dry clothes. Close to the beach and bus stop. The food was very good and lots of choices and variety.

VERY VERY Noisy. Also, the room was very hot and had no air conditioning. The front desk said they could not turn it on because of the law but the rest of the hotel felt cool but my room was extremely hot. To cool the room off I had to leave the door open but the music playing outside was SO loud until after midnight made it hard to get a night's sleep. No coffee in the room. And 20E to rent a tea kettle. The coffee machines in the restaurant did not work very well either.

Clean, spacious hotel, not too big where your just a number, plenty of choice for breakfast. Large bedroom and bathroom. Nice pool area with sound of bird song. Good bar area and pretty terrace. Guest toilets very clean

No information is displayed with reference to entertainment in the evenings. I missed the Flamenco on Friday. No plan of hotel or grounds to find your way around. I noticed tea and coffee provided in the afternoons in the adjoining seating area to bar, but wasn't sure if this was just for all inclusive guests. No decent beach close by. Bit of a walk to any shops or restaurants.

The food was exceptional and high standard, restaurant was very clean, perfect.

Unfortunately the grass was uncut around the pool area, the pool was dirty with oil floating on top. Bed around the pool was plentiful and comfy
