Great hotel in an excellent location – both the coach and train station were very close, and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to the old town. Excellent room - very big, very comfortable bed - also very big, good bathroom, all the things you would expect - TV, minibar, safe etc. Both the room and the hotel in general were immaculately clean. The breakfasts were very good and ALL the staff were friendly and helpful.

The air-conditioning in the room was next to useless, and it was very noisy with the window open.

Large garage under the hotel with easy access from the street. My request for a large bed was satisfied. Room very good indeed, with a view to the town. Hotel location very good, easy to drive to and a mere 15-20 minutes walk to the cathedral, past the shopping area of the town which in fact starts when you cross the avenue in front of the hotel. Many restaurants nearby: we crossed the street and ate an excellent oxtail some 100 yards from the hotel. Breakfast very good including fresh natural orange juice and nuts.

There were a couple details that could be better. The one that made me lower the rating by one point was that when, at breakfast, I picked a large spoon from the vase where a dozen spoons were, it was dirty. It had been used and looked clean from the back, but from the front there was no mistake. The dispensers of hand soap, shampoo, etc, used by these hotels are of the piston type and not good. In this case one of them was nearly stuck and we had to move the liquid soap to the tub using a plastic cup. This is not a characteristic of this specific hotel but it is difficult to understand because I have seen much better and probably cheaper dispensers of the squeeze type in 3-star hotels. Heater could not be regulated above a set temperature but a good blanket was available in the room.

An excellent hotel in staff and location for visiting the city and restaurants. Useful underground parking but don’t rely on Google maps to define precise location of entry point! Before the intersection when coming in via A11. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast. Good disabled room access and facilities. Highly recommended.

We stopped in Oviedo for one night and initially thought of going to a 5-star hotel which was further away from the train station. I’m glad we ended up picking Exe because not only is it right next to the train station (which we used to arrive) but also because they gave us a free upgrade to the Junior Suite. The room (suite) was huge, with separate sleeping area and day area, and so was the bathroom and the terrace. Room had wooden floor, no carpet. Oviedo is quite small and from the hotel you can walk to the center (old town) with no difficulties. There is also a private parking which is convenient if you are arriving by car. Breakfast was good.

Common areas could do with a little update.

It's a great location next to bus and train stations. A 5 minute walk to the main shopping area 10 minutes to the old town, cathedral etc. Tho on a busy main thoroughfare the rooms are completely quiet. Crossing is quick and easy and you´re in the city. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Great breakfast in a spacious dining area.

There is a lovely lounge as you enter the lobby. It would be really great if coffee and tea were available there and a few tables to do quick work at would have been good. Coffee and tea in the rooms would also be appreciated, especially for the morning to get rid of the cobwebs ... before breakfast. An excellent TV could benefit from a couple of English language offerings. There are French and German I believe.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel “ at home “. All of the staff that we encountered were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was larger than we anticipated and well equipped. Central location was ideal and the secure underground parking was a bonus. The buffet breakfast selection was more than adequate and continually refreshed. All of this, at a very reasonable price, made for an excellent stay and we would definitely return when next in the area.

The galletas de choco sabrosas y cortesía, gracias, the shower water pressure was excellent (pulverizador) for me, it was the best feature combinado con la ubicación. The WiFi for work was bien fuerte, obrigado. The staff spoke Spanish, which was great, she was very attentive and the check-in was speedy. Overall great stay, right next door (2 minutes walk) to the ALSA bus station for my bus to Bilbao. Directly next door, best location. Also, about a 10-minute walk (away from Bus station) to COALLA 1955, which is like a tienda de comestibles como queso y vino y jamón ibérico y galletas de coco, y Marañuelas típicos de Asturias, y bebidas 🫂

They told me the cork screw was in the minibar, but it was not. Not in the room. I had brought some glass-bottle kombucha, pero no había nada de abrebotellas como me han dicho, pero bueno problemas de primer mundo, neh.

Very welcoming staff. Nice room with two chairs and a table. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Cleaning staff very good, they put two instead of the normal one toilet paper roll on the second day. Which we needed.

It was the suit at 7th floor with a big balcony with a wonderful sight. I've never been in such a place, just ordinary but good rooms. So it was a new and pleasant experience to me ;) The breakfast was also superb.

Well, having the room a bidet, I missed a sponge or something like that. I'm used to it.
