The hotel was in a great location, right by the beach, offering beautiful views. It was quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The entertainment was well-organised, with plenty of fun activities during the day and in the evening, catering to a wide range of age groups. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty, well-prepared with fresh ingredients, and offered a reasonable variety of options. The pool area was clean and pleasant. The room was a good size, clean and had adequate amenities.

The beds were somewhat small and not very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, and the room became warm and humid quite quickly. The walls were thin, and we could hear conversations from the neighbouring room at night. During our stay, we only had access to the hotel's free Wi-Fi for one day, and the staff could not resolve the issue. It seemed to be a common problem affecting other guests as well, though it was unclear whether it was due to the hotel’s system or a wider network issue in the area.

The location is perfect. Our bright and comfortable room offered stunning views of the mountains and the aqua park. The variety and quality of the food exceeded all my expectations and I really appreciated the availability of free drinking water. One of the highlights was the diverse entertainment program. The water park was fantastic. You’ll never be bored here. All the staff were all polite, attentive and professional. At check-in and check-out, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and start using the hotel facilities while your room is being prepared - very convenient. There is also a laundry room (on the -1 floor) where you can wash and iron your clothes. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at on this coast. I would happily return. :)

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations – from the hotel facilities and service to the wide variety of delicious food. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The beach is only a one-minute walk from the hotel – very clean with crystal-clear water. There are also several pools to choose from, so it never felt crowded. The animation team kept the atmosphere lively and fun, without being intrusive. Overall, it was a perfect vacation. The hotel was very affordable and nice in terms of accommodations and food options. The fact that halal food was available was a real surprise for us. It was incredibly important that true Muslims also consider this. Access to the water park, pools, and the sea could be this easy.

I couldn't understand why the football and tennis courts closed at 7:00 PM. That's when the sun was fading, and we had the opportunity to exercise. Unfortunately, the gates were closing, and we couldn't play. I also think the daily charge of 15 Euros for the hotel parking garage is a bit excessive. They could have provided it to hotel guests at a more reasonable price, or even free.

Everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was very helpful—especially the Go & Fun team, who were incredibly pleasant and put on great shows for the kids. I’d like to especially praise Ariana—she was always smiling, positive, and brought so much energy. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The Wi-Fi was a major disappointment. Out of the 7 days I stayed, it didn’t work for 5 of them. For a hotel of this category, that really shouldn’t be happening and needs serious improvement.

Food was great, staff were very helpful and very ready to help at all times. Location is great depending on what you are looking for. It is a very slow paced town and therefore there is not very much to see very close by, but filled with relaxing beaches and that allows lots of time to enjoy the hotel.

Air conditioning was not available during our stay and it seems it is due to the time of the year. Weather was not too warm but I would think that paying for a 4 star experience, you should be able to choose the temperature of the room. Although I was asked for preference and advised it depended on availability double bed was in fact two single beds put together.

Waterpark was closed and not due to open until May. This should have been informed when we were looking to book but there was no information regarding this. So as you can imagine with 2 kids who like a water park this wasn’t great. The only other negatives were the rock hard beds which were not comfy and the horrendous sewer smell that came every night and sometimes during the days this smell was not good at all

I loved the location and comfort . There was always enough space by the pools and children pool with loud games and activities was separate to deeper pool for adults. The staff was very attentive and kind . I loved the night with The Violinist as the evening entertainment, he was great . The fact that there was aquapark by the hotel was very comfortable as we didn’t have to go anywhere far and never waited long for the rides. Tennis court was lovely surprise too . All in all we had very relaxing , comfortable and enjoyable stay . We went to Barcelona which is short train journey and that was great too .

The only slight thing was the fact that as soon as we entered the room you could see dust in the corners between wall and bed table, but other than that everything else was fine with the room . The food in restaurant was good but a little bit repetitive .

We got a room with 4 beds, which was quite spacious for our family (2 adults and one child). The room was well equipped with closets and a small and thank god empty but working refrigerator. The air conditioner was good. The pools were beautiful and comfortable for all ages and heights! The aqua park was my son’s favourite part. The restaurant was nice and clean. All meals well prepared, tasty. The variation of the food was more than satisfactory. The programs at the evening and nights were well planned and entertaining.

The only missing parts, in my opinion, ware a better wifi and a gym.

Hotel is very modern and has a good standard. Rooms are great and some of them have a wonderful view for the sea. They are being cleaned every day. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are clean. There are 2 big swimming pools in the hotel and amazing aquapark. There are attractions for children every day, during day and evening. It is just a paradise for children, but also for adult because you can leave a child in a club and have some time for yourself. Food is just excellent, amazing choice of food at buffet, spanish ham, healthy options, everything! There is also a bar open all day so you can order something from the menu. Location of the hotel is perfect, maybe a bit far from the main square (15 min walking) but you don't really need to leave the hotel. Beach is just in front. I will come back for sure. Perfect place for vacation.

We went at the beginning of July and the hotel was super busy. It was just overcrowded. It was impossible to find a free sunbed at the main pool, hopefully we found one at a smaller one. You had to wait long in the restaurant to get something from the buffet for breakfast. Also, long queue to the coffee machines. It was very annoying and tiring. Stuff at the reception was super slow and not efficient. I would expect that in such a great hotel people would be faster. They looked disorganized, lost and not motivated to work. We've got a room at 5th floor and there was a small balcony. It didn't look safe, there is no proper protection for children not to fall. I had to lock it to make sure that my son will not enter there, fall and die.
