I come to this hotel regularly (several times a year). I really liked it the first time. Administrator Vitaly, Timur at the reception, and Vladimir are friendly, attentive, quickly resolve any issue, even if it's not working hours. The rooms are clean, wonderful staff Elena, Nina and Yulia, great location, clean beach and embankment 10 minutes walk away, shops nearby, great bar in the hotel building where you can eat deliciously. The room also has a kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, if you like to cook yourself. Also in the room is a large bathroom with a shower, washing machine. But it is better to book in advance. I travel a lot and in terms of price-quality ratio these are my best apartments. I recommend

The property is near the bus stop and main road . There are lot of super markets near by . The apartment was big and had good kitchen . They had provided us with water and tea for free . Lot of restaurants and main stations nearby . It took 1 hr to Barcelona by train and frequency was also good for trains .

The only downside was lack of kitchen equipments . There was only one pan to make something and electric kettle was dirty . Also the first day the automatic door lock was not working . Though the cleaning lady somehow fixed it .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly. The location is excellent, just a 5-7 minute walk to the sea. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as a tourist pedestrian street, which was very convenient. Additionally, there is a bus stop nearby with a direct route to the airport and a train station close by. I highly recommend this place.

The apartments are not that comfortable as some may expect - they are not old or run down, they are fresh, but minimalistic. In our case we paid on average way less than in other places, so we didn't expect much and were happy with the apartments

Reasonable price for an apartment. Everything you need is really nearby to the hotel. Friendly service. I’d like to come back next time. If you travel with a baby, baby bad is good option to sleep and play into. Also they have baby chair for feeding, so it help a lot for me with an infant!

Flat was super comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The staff went a mile more to assist us in everything we needed. They were definitely a plus to consider. Everyone very helpful and warm.

The flat could use some more hangers in the wardrobe.

I liked the large bathroom and the presence of a shower instead of a bath, the presence of large rooms, a kitchen with everything you need, the presence of a good air conditioning system

Unsharpened knives. No mugs 330-400 milliliters. Unavailability of rooms with two single beds. From time to time, the key card does not open the door and opens after 20 attempts

Kitchen had a lot of appliances which I did not expect. The rooms were spacious and quite clean. The staff was very welcoming. The food in the restaurant downstairs was pretty good too.

You can hear people walking above your head.

A wonderful apart-hotel at an excellent price. They upgraded our apartment for free which was great. Reception staff friendly and helpful and you can self-checkin whenever you want so a late arrival is fine.

The location is super close to the L1 train to Calella and the beach, there is a ton of free outdoor rock climbing super nearby. theres a beautiful coffee/shop restaurant below, the staff was wonderful. the place was quiet and cozy, the shower was hot and had awesome pressure

the toilet was broken and ran throughout the night, the freezer in the kitchen didn’t work.
