The reception, cleaning, kitchen and restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had lots of laughs, hugs and kisses. It's a nice location - near to the shops, a nice park, the beach and town. There was fun entertainment throughout the day and evening. Overall was well looked after.

There was not enough staff in the bar to serve us and they looked stressed out and sometimes did not even smile or seem happy to serve us. It was a big hotel and busy, and it wasn't even peak season. Sometimes it felt a bit cramped - not enough space in the lift, waiting ages. The room was nice and spacious, a bit dated decor but that's okay. A big issue is that it was not sound proof. I could hear my neighbours snoring and baby crying. I thought I was going to leave at one point as I was so tired from not sleeping.

Staff was very friendly, also to the kids. . Especially at breakfast and the cleaning ladies. All is Clean and i liked the fact that they had 19th century art on the walls.

Checkout is at 10 already (14:00 for +20euros and 18:00 for +40 euros possible though and breakfast, only 2 hours from 8-10. We only stayed one night, so did not use the Spa, pools etc. I might have used them in the morning, but they are not open before 10am unfortunately and close early. The hotel is huge, conveys this mass Tourismus feeling that is present everywhere at Costa brava.

My booking to stay till the 10th October 2024 was accepted. However I was only informed close to departure date that the Hotel was closing on the 9th October & then the 8th October, this meant moving to another hotel for 2 days which was very inconvenient.

Pool was good. Buffet food was above average. View from balcony was excellent.

Rooms need to be more soundproof. Not as close to the beach as expected.

Two double beds are great for when one of the two of the couple wants to sleep and the other doesn't and both toss and turn in bed

We hired the sauna service and the hot tub was actually kinda cold and the sauna only went up to 60 degrees. The food was good but not too much variety, for breakfast I missed some cured ham or chorizo or other cold cuts than mortadela and ham.

The hotel was lovely .Rooms were a great size and lovely and clean.Pool areas were very nice kids pool was a great place for little ones to play.Hotel staff were very helpful and polite

The staff is super nice, reception, dinning room, cleaners. I'm a vegetarian and even tho everything in the buffet has fish or meat, they prepared something specially for me every single dinner. Anything u need, they'll do the extra mile to accommodate. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, local gym, main strip, massive supermarket across the road

Even tho I loved the staff and enjoyed everything in general, I don't think the hotel is a 4*. There's no fridge in the room by default, we gotta pay 3€/day to have it; the rather basic gym (but there's a private owned gym 5mins away) and spa only available if booked and only for 45 minutes slots; there's no private parking. Again, great experience and quality/price ratio but not a 4* hotel

Good location, fabulous rooftop and adults only.

The card system for all inclusive was not very good. Carrying around 4 cards all the time. No large bottles of water.

I like that the room was big, and the food was deliciuos.

It would be great if we had roast pork or beef at any meal.
