This is our second stay at this hotel and we will try to come again next year. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. You need a sun umbrella for the beach - it is given, is raining, maybe you need an umbrella? and etc The rooms are clean, there is shower gel and shampoo. Kettle, tea, coffee in packs. Beach towels can be purchased at the reception, a deposit of 10 euros/unit, if you want to change to a clean one, 1 euro. If you need slippers for room, they can be purchased at the reception for 2 euros/pair. For those who like to eat well, you will definitely find something to choose from for dinner, from burgers, seafood, steaks, etc. Breakfast is not as impressive as dinner, always the same, but there is definitely something to choose from. There is also a drinks package for an additional fee (because drinks are not included in the dinner). We were very impressed with the work and professionalism of the hotel manager L. Riera. I think she contributes a lot to such a good aura of the hotel that you want to come back again. Already 4 couples of my friends are planning to visit Sumus Hotel after my recommendations. The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea, 4 minutes from the train station with which you can reach Barcelona (trains run approximately every 30 minutes, the price for an adult one way is about 6 euros). Bus 603 runs from Barcelona Airport to Pineda de Mar (cost about 11 euros per person), about 1 hour

I think the year before when we were there the safe was free. It's paid now, a little thing, but it's sad. Also that there are no slippers in the room. Towel hangers are so awkward that towels fall off them. It was necessary to press the towels with rubber bands Does not have breakfast box, just you can eat cookies, fruit and drink coffe on the spot (if you warn them in advance).

This Hotel was absolutely amazing! We were given a premium room with fabulous views from the terrace.. The level of cleanliness is 10/10. The spa was amazing and the food is absolutely delicious with plenty to choose from. I loved the relaxing feel to the hotel, calming reading room where one can borrow a book and chill really topped up for me .. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I would like to thank Fatima the room keeper for the beautiful touches she added to the room to make it absolutely clean and romantic! Thank you all for making our stay really special!

Very nice staff. We was checked into the room even 2 hour earlier and checked out 1 hour later. It was very nice. Rooms are cleaned every day. We had breakfast and dinner, it's an abundance of food like in a 5 star hotel (from seafood to various meats and desert) Upon arrival we received vouchers for one drink at the bar. We get a drinking bottles as a present the last day, very surprised. There is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room. There was an event every evening. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the sea, a very good beach. Train stop 5 minutes from hotel. Runs every 30 minutes, direct to Barcelona (the trip takes about 1.2h)

Paid safe. There are no slippers in the room. Paid drinks during dinner (at least water could be free)

Decent room . Nice buffet food . Gym . Nice place and staff behind the lobby .

A couple of the male middle age staff in the restaurant preparing the tables and behind the till wasn’t very friendly . The feelings like “ this is my hotel “ . Some where demanding a drink to sell to customers and if you says no , they never liked it . These men wasn’t being very hospitable - may be others , I don’t know !

From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted with the warmest welcome. The hotel is immaculately clean and our room was very comfortable with modern furnishings and lots of little extras you would get at a great hotel. The spa is beautiful and the pool area is clean with lots of sun beds always available. After checking out we were given a lovely care package of snacks and water for our return journey home. This is a little diamond of a hotel and we will definitely be returning

You can hear the corridor quite clearly from the room. Sound proofing could be better

The pool is great (get there early), the location is a few minutes from the beach. You have a buffet style restaurant and a cafe restaurant where you can order near the pool. They also have an open patio where you can relax (away from the pool)

- The buffet is more focused on quantity than quality. - The spa came at an extra cost for only 3 hours, so you can use it as an amenity. - The elevators were not designed in mind with so many people.

We stay here now, on a few trips to south of Spain. No peage on Spanish autoroute in the area. Excellent connections, when driving. Street parking option, in green zone, needs coins or download parking app. Great breakfast spread. Check in seamless. Staff helped me download parking app. There is a space to park when checking in. Nice pool, bar.

In my room, 431, sliding door in bathroom strange design, which moves of its own accord, on rail. But great double bed, and city and mountain views.

Overall the hotel is great, stuff is really kind and friendly.

The only downside I’ve noticed is the complete absence of the Ukrainian language. As far as I can tell, there are many Ukrainian guests visiting, so in my opinion adding Ukrainian translations to the signs alongside German and English would be both helpful and reasonable.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. My son and I loved our stay. The staff were extremely friendly. A big shout to Mercè on reception and also another woman whose name I didn't get. They helped my son get his phone back when he left it in the taxi after arriving. Oscar in the bar was extremely friendly and my son loved him. The hotel was extremely clean, all modern facilities and food was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was that this hotel was listed as a family hotel when I booked it. It has since changed to an adults recommended hotel. There was no children's entertainment at all. My son was often bored in the evening. I had to source other entertainment for him to keep him occupied. One of our air conditioning fans also was not working. I addressed this with the man at reception and he assured us that it would be fixed the following day. It wasn't fixed however.

A phenomenal hotel. Sparkling clean, very friendly & helpful staff, big and beautiful rooms plus great common areas like the pool and the gardens. Centrally located with very short walk (less than 5 mins) to the train station and beach. Highly recommended.

Not a ton of nightlife in the area if you're looking for that. We didn't have any negative feedback for ourselves, though.
