The food was delicious and versatile. The hotel was clean the pool big enough with a lot of sun beds. The car park secure and convenient. Easy check in and out.

We had an all inclusive reservation and one of the barman at the pool bar didn't want to give me two cups of coffee (I was said that there was a regulation about serving one drink per person!!!!!!). I was disappointed by his reaction. I have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and have never had a similar reaction so far.

Very good value for money, these days 75 euros for a night with half board for a family of 3 is extreme generosity almost anywhere in Europe. Generally there’s nothing to complain about if you know what to expect. It’s a classic 80-90s holiday destination place with all the usual features for better or worse. I probably was there ~30 years ago as a kid, don’t think it’s changed much.

There are a few details that wouldn’t cost management too much but would improved the perception a lot. 1 cheap smallish towel per person is okayish, but could be fixed easily. 1 electricity socket in a room plus one more you can use if you don’t need TV is good for a digital detox, but irritate in 2020s. Food quality is decent, but variety/taste could be better. Although it’s really not bad, especially for the price you pay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. The cleaners are so sweet. Everyday they’re in to change the towels, clean the entire room, leave out more tea and coffee and when you see them in passing, they’re always smiling and friendly. They put on activities everyday and there’s always entertainment in the evenings. We only had breakfast included as we wanted to go out in the afternoons and evenings to try various restaurants but the breakfast was so good. There’s something for everyone and it’s all fresh.

I was slightly disappointed on arrival when our room wasn’t quite ready yet (not a problem at all) but we were advised that luggage could just be left in a room which was not locked or managed by any staff. Anyone could walk in and potentially take a bag that wasn’t theirs.

Big swimming pool, a large number of sun beds at the pool area, freshly baked pancakes at the breakfast, mini refrigerator in the room, possibility to rent beach towels, location (really close to the beach), the closest beach was really great. There was also an entertainment program every day from 10.30 AM to 10 PM (see photo below), and the young guy with dark hair (don’t know the name) from the entertainment team had super energy and made our stay many times funnier!

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant didn’t make us as welcome as they could have. The gym and the indoor swimming pool is only open from 10 AM until 6 PM (would be nice if they opened earlier in the morning). Swimming accessories such as swimming rings are prohibited at the outdoor pool. There was too little amount of sunshades at the pool area compared to the amount of sun beds. No sunshades available for rent.

Staff were very nice. Dinner was very good and diverse we loved it. It is a lot of food in the buffet <3 Hotel was great and food for the price!!! Also in general the hotel is very big and also central it is situated in front of the train station.

Be aware that you need to pay parking 10 € per night if you have rental car. since it was April is not to cold and is not too hot so the air conditioning wasn't working, so the air was a bit bad in the bedroom, cause when I opened the window from the balcony neighbors were smoking so it was bit uncomfortable and dry air during night. But in general all is good.

Overall, it is a great hotel for families. The food is versatile and tasty, always fish, pasta, pizza, salads and much more on the menu. The desserts are particularly delicious. The rooms are spaceous and well maintained, clean and with everything necessary. The swimming pool area is clean and big, with many different activities for all ages. The bars are excellent, too. The beach of Santa Susana is 5 minutes away and the train that takes you to Barcelona is only 2 minutes away.

The wifi was horrible. Night shows and events were a bit dull and not very amusing.

We spent 13 fantastic days at your hotel. At first, we were a little afraid reading the comments on the web. The hotel was big and had room for everyone, clean even though it was not a new building. There were three elevators. The hotel is in a very quiet area, the train station is only 10 m away but no noise was heard. We were in room 227, a room with normal space for 2 adults and two children. with a balcony and a great view of the sea and the pool. The room was cleaned every day. The food was very good, dinner mainly because the breakfast was almost the same every day. The dining room is a bit noisy but this was not the hotel's fault, people should be a bit more careful. All day there were activities, especially for children but also for us adults. I enjoyed aquagym every day😂. At dinner there was a mini disco for children and different shows for adults. the beach was only 5 minutes by foot and the sea was super clean and good. the thing that I liked the most about the hotel was the fact that it was not allowed to reserve the sunbeds (and why some people are simply uncultured and did not understand, but the staff fixed this by taking away the towels). animators staff on top. we had a great vacation.

Plenty of food choices for breakast and evening meal. We were out of season so hotel was not full to capacity, maybe different in high season. The room had 2 double beds and plenty of space and the balcony had table and chairs (with amazing views). For a day trip to Barcelona we used the train - station is literally across the road.

Advertised a sauna, but for some strange reason this was situated in the gym (and not on) - would have expected it to be next to the indoor pool.

good staff, kind and helpful. we requested a family room and got a large and spacious room, was also baby proof! Room was very clean and comfortable. verity of food choice for breakfast and dinner.

I would have to say the food at the restaurant, though I might be alone in this as not all the family agreed. Naturally it's understandable that an all inclusive hotel needs to have quantity over quality, it would be nicer if the food will not be based on canned sauces and simple taste enhancers.

Staff behaved very well, lot of meals to choose from. Cleaners kept clean everything. Sea was georgeous. Rooms were appropriate for the price. Train station is near. Trains are almost always on-time. You can go to Barcelona from this station or on the otherside to Blanes beautiful city gate to Costa Brava.

Nothing about hotel or stuff. There are beaches with and without sunbeds. The ones with sunbeds cost 7€. Not worth it.
