The hotel spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

A member of staff on the evening Reception was extremely aggressive in his manner with our party. There were 12 in our party and obviously we were a little loud with our talking. The guy came over and said to us if we didn't be quieter he would call the police. We thought this was not called for. We are not a bunch of thugs. We are all mature people who had spent a lot of money in the afternoon and evening. I would recommend this member of staff has some training on how to talk to people. Other than that, we love your hotel. This was our 3rd visit, and we had recommended it to the group of people we were there with.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very good.great views from the balcony.

It was quite a walk into the centre of town if you have trouble walking. The walk in shower in our room leaked a lot of water on to the floor so you couldn’t turn it on fully. The access to the underground parking was ok coming out but every time you wanted to get back you had to get out of the car to push the access button and look at the camera what ever the weather was doing.

Room was very clean with an amazing view of the sea and town. Hotel was quite quiet which was a bonus. Lovely breakfast with all options catered for. Pool area was quiet so always had sunbeds available. Secure car park available but probably not needed as plenty of parking nearby. All public areas inside were clean and tidy too. Staff very friendly, even with our limited ability to speak Spanish :) Walking distance to the port, downhill going and uphill on return taking around 15 mins. Supermarket within walking distance too so very convenient location.

Pool area could do with more attention, looking a little tired and needs cleaning more regularly....cushion covers etc Inside cocktail bar wasn't open so drinks only available at the pool bar....could do with one more member of staff on duty. Food not served anywhere in the hotel between 15:30 and 20:30 which is really bizarre! We arrived and went down to the bar around 16:00 starving after our flight....but no food available! Never known this in a hotel before....missing a trick... even if only snacks available would be better than nothing.

Outdoor areas, nice towels for pool, views, location, very quite and not many children, smallish pool, sunbeds available no putting towels out to reserve. Nice room, flavoured water to drink in reception

Maids came too late in the afternoon to clean room, didn't wash cup or glasses up didn't fill up milks, coffee in room, put towels on floor to change they folded up and put back so I had to shower with damp dirty towel

Reception were very helpful, and our room ( Premium Delux with Sea View) was very good. A large double bed was very comfortable and daily housekeeping kept it very clean with fresh linen and towels when asked for. We stayed in mid May 24 and the hotel was not packed. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Breakfast was buffet and had a good selection of cereals, pastries and bread. A good selection of cold meat and cheese, and a small selection of hot food. Unlimited tea, coffee and fruit juices. The restaurant menu is not extensive, but what we ate was good. My wife was in a wheelchair and lifts were fine, access around the pool area, bars, and restaurants was good.Our room required us to navigate 4 steps on the way from the lift, which we knew about, and chose this rather than an accessible room.

Great location with fantastic vistas from the pool area. Staff are friendly and efficient, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Restaurant prices are resonable, especially with the 15%discount card. The buffet breakfast at 12 euros is the best we've had on this trip. ( we did a road trip, and this was the 6th hotel that we stayed in) The hotel was so good we stayed an extra night. We will definitely be back again in the off-season as it would be very busy in the summer.

Nothing that we didn't like as such: Our room was small, but that was our choice (cost) as we were only originally staying 2 nights.

We had a brilliant stay we came on Sunday the 3rd the girl with short blonde hair was so accomodating, we wanted an upgrade and she sorted it very quickly. The bed was amazing it was so firm and comfy qe slept at least 7 houes every night. we would have liked more coffee and milk in our room but no big deal. They sorted us a taxi to for our journey to the airport

This hotel is generally clean and modern, we love the Buddha-esque relaxation theme throughout, it feels really tranquil. We would recommend booking a sea view room. Room 232 has a gorgeous view from the balcony, so much so that my partner actually proposed to me there 🥰. The pool is beautiful and you can order drinks from the hotel bar to have whilst sunbathing. It cost us €6 for 2 rosés which is super cheap. Staff are generally friendly.

Pool could do with being cleaned a little more often. The sunbeds aren’t majorly comfy.

Every member of the Ramada team were friendly. Outdoor area to sun bathe was spacious, had enough room to enjoy the peace. Great view of the town. The pool was just a nice size. The rooms were clean, spacious, lovely balcony area and view. The shower room was modern and clean, lovely size. The room had all the facilities I would need, aircon, iron/board, fridge, complimentary water. Breakfast times good, all either an early start or late lie in. The buffet breakfast was lovely everything I would want and tasted delicious.

I can’t say there was anything I would change. I think you were able to hire pool towels but that wasn’t obvious or any signs for that, but that is very minor and no impact on my stay.

The location was difficult if you have walking difficulties as the hills to the port area and beach are hard to walk Feel that’s it’s slightly over priced per night for what it is Room service they never answered the phone after trying 3 times and reception never answer to ! Only down side Not great at making cocktails as unsure of ingredients and no passion making it
