Balcony and view stunning. Room big and clean. Beds new. Big improvement on previous owners. Staff very nice. Bar open until 11.30. Stunning views from terrace outside restaurant.

The lighting very dim in bathroom. Tv didn't work properly. Also the people in next room heavy smokers out on their balcony the smell of smoke came into our room and disturbed our lunch out on our balcony they should BAN smoking not fair on non smokers.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and yes it's a little tired but it was absolutely spotless, it was warm and comfortable. The bedroom was large and the bathroom had everything you needed including a hairdryer ( not that we used it). We were unlucky in that the weather was lousy and it wasn't easy finding somewhere to eat but we did at the small marina/Puerto. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location of this hotel is excellent and within very easy walk to the various bars and restaurants, plus the Marina area. This hotel is right on the beach, the sea is very safe for children, very sandy and you can go a long way before reaching the deep sea

The breakfast took a long time with only 2 people serving the tables and we really felt that this would be made so much better if it were served on a serve yourself buffet style

Location amazing. Breakfast basic, maybe add some boiled eggs! Breakfast menu for first day would help as not sure what was included.

Tried to communicate in Spanish (thou not very good!) We were told by one male staff member to not bother and speak English. Please don’t spoil this hotel by modernising it now it is owned by a huge chain of hotels.

The hotel is right on the sea front so has a fantastic view from the back terrace. It is in a convenient location for us and the rooms and bathroom failities were good for our one nigh stay.

Hotel is a bit dated and we couldn't get the waiter to attend to us for some drinks and had to go to the bar an order ourselves. Not a big deal but waited a little long for our drinks.

Lovely old hotel very peaceful lovely lounge area for relaxing. Out of season so limited facilities. Staff fantastic. Location brilliant on a beautiful beach. Interesting lift!!😊Staff on duty till midnight Could do with an evening pizza bar.There are two bars around the corner a friendly spanish bar with meals and a Dutch rock cafe (my favourite) with great pancakes and burgers etc. Lovely welcoming owners. Also great icecream cafe on the corner.

Nothing really ny sort of place so happy.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It is directly on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Bolnuevo, and Puerto de Mazarron are close by. The hotel restaurant offered great food too.

For me personally, there was nothing I didn't like.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Spectacular views!. Plenty of free parking. Bar prices reasonable. Room was clean and functional. Take plug adaptors as there was only two sockets in our room. Also no tea or coffee making facilities, so we took our own kettle etc.

No English TV channels. WiFi poor. Shower was ok but wall bracket didn't allow you to change shower head position.

Ideal beach location. 25 minute walk to the port, Good price for what we wanted. Very quiet. Plenty of free off road parking.

Nothing really to dislike. The hotel is fairly old and could do with some TLC. Any major changes though, would affect its quaintness. Having said that, it was ideal for what we wanted. Cannot comment on restaurant/bar as not used by us

Fantastic views from the balcony. The hotel has been refurbished but still retains many of the original 1960's features which add to its charm. Then giant rubber tree outside the entrance is amazing as is the climber bedecked large impressive entrance hall/bar.

The interior paintwork and the bedspreads were a little dated and would benefit from an upgrade to match the rest of the decor,
